Excelente ubición, excelente estado general, terraza para el desayuno con gran vista. Pero algunas habitaciones muy ruidosas, (la mayoria no) y con problemas en el internet (almenos en una ocasión).

Fantastic location, right in the heart of things. Lovely friendly staff, including their very efficient airport shuttle driver, and a terrific rooftop restaurant with great views on both sides for breakfast and lunch. Fab value and would be my No.1 choice for my next visit to Tbilisi.

The Hotel was close down. We stayed outside till find another one from Supermarket workers. There was a contact number onto the door, we called and he disnt speak english just shout no open no open ! We write you regarding this but you only send this mail. So I llhave always question mark regarding Expedia deals . How can it be ?

В отеле останавливалась второй раз, поэтому имела представление о нем.Очень удобное расположение, внимательный персонал.В эту поездку не очень повезло с номером,окна выходили на улицу с ночными заведениями, поэтому было шумновато,Единственное замечание отелю- пора менять полотенца, они уже своё отслужили. В остальном все нормально.

The staff was terrible at the front desk.. room was to include breakfast..even showed my Expedia reservation that showed it was included. Front desk still said no. Contacted Expedia..they called hotel..hotel was nasty to Expedia..so Expedia just gave me a credit on my account. On another occasion,my husband asked to desk if they had change because we wanted to keep each coin they use in the country as a momento...once again nasty and not helpful, he had to go across the street to the convience store to get help.

Dejligt hotel i den gamle bydel med en skøn morgenmadsterrasse, hvorfra man har en god udsigt over byen. Hotellet havde imidlertid overbelægning, hvorfor vi - trods booking måneder i forvejen - blev ‘forvist’ til nærliggende søsterhotel.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. The highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with views of the fortress. The room was quite small but otherwise comfortable. I would stay here again.

I love the location and the breakfast
The receptionist told me that I can leave for the airport less than 2 hours before my flight. I don't think that is a good advise. Beware that there are several Bars behind the hotel and the music is very loud.

Great service, location and facility
The hotel is great, and the service was excellent. It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room, however, every time I needed boiled water they brought it to me (I was cleaning baby bottles). After booking, they even called me to offer the airport shuttle service, which was good and at a reasonable price. My room was spacious, with enough spaces to even push the stroller around. The location is great, at walking distance to the main sites, but this same feature is a downside for light sleepers, which is not my case, if the room looks to one of the main streets of the Old Town. I would totally recommend this hotel

Everything is great except the noise
Everything about this hotel was pretty good except one thing - the noise. The hotel is surrounded by bars and nightclubs, and the music will keep you awake very late if you're a light sleeper. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful with anything I needed. Wifi worked great. Room was a bit small, but that's okay. I should have brought earplugs.

Highly recommended
Very conveniently located in old town and close to many historic points of interest and good restaurants; staff speak English exceptionally well, are could not be more helpful and responsive; roof terrace is used for breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Get there in good time for a suitable table; good variety of foods for breakfast.

Poorly maintained hotel at a good location
The only good thing about this hotel is its location--the center of old Tbilisi. The rooms and hallways are smelly (mixture of cigarettes and sewage), the carpets are old, the beds uncomfortable, the fixtures rusty. The lousy breakfast is served on a very nice terrace with a view.

Ideal location for shoppers.
It was a very comfortable stay. Location is very good. Lot of restaurants are around. Also right place for shopping. Sometimes you feel it is too much crowded ,particularly in the evening. One thing which we felt that if one kettle was there in the room it could be more convenient, though we are getting tea or coffee whenever we are telling them. Breakfast was simple but good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. In front of the hotel you can get taxis or car for your tour.

Un séjour agréable, comme d'habitude :o)
Le personnel est aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien ! Et le quartier est idéalement placé pour aller se balader et visiter un peu, faire du shopping dans des petites boutiques typiques et se restaurer. La salle du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse de l'hôtel est un vrai plaisir avec sa vue sur les collines et la ville. La literie est très bonne.

Уютный отель, в самом центре старого города. Номера не большие, но удобные для проживания. Мы прожили в отеле неделю, в номере удобные кровати и хорошее постельное белье, качественная, ежедневная уборка. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал, моментально реагирующий на просьбы постояльцев. Единственное, что лично я бы посоветовала отелю, немного разнообразить завтраки.

Very helpful staff and good location
The hotel is located in the middle of the old down with its pros and cons of that, but central for sure. The hotel is in good shape and clean, but some insulation from street noise could have been better. The staff was very helpful to assist me with all my questions and above all they did go out of they way to help me with a challenge I had with my luggage which was completely caused by myself. Recommendable service indeed!

The chambermaids can steal your your stuff
I had an awful start of my Georgian business trip. The chambermaid threw away 5 full bottles of my expensive cosmetics from the bathroom (one of them was 300 ml). She said they were almost empty, which is lies. As a result I spent 2 weeks in Georgian mountains without all my necessary stuff. Moreover I have to buy a new cosmetics. The total amount of damage was more than 100$. The manager said "sorry". And nothing more. I required for a compensation of the damage but the hotel management keeps silence. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. At least don't leave anything expensive in the room.

Review for Sharden villa
It is located in a loud area (nightclubs and restaurants very near by) but rooms are beautiful, spotless and sweet. Breakfast could be a bit more impressive but the view from the breakfast area makes up for it. Employees are very helpful and flexible when it comes to solving problems (I had some issues with my booking).
