Muy bonito lugar, muy bien mantenido, estuvimos 1 noche, la atencion fue muy buena, muy amables, la habitacion muy bien, el desayuno incluido muy completo, buena ubicacion en el centro con estacionamiento.

Servicio, atencion, detalles de primera.
Servicio y atencion excelentes, lindos detalles (cortesias) en la habitacion cada noche. Limpio, centrico, caro para el contexto. Ambientacion diferente en cada habitacion y rincon del hotel. Recomendable totalmente.

Great location in a classic building. Pleasant people. Expedia showed photos of rooms of 613 sq ft but they put us in a room of 213 sq ft and refused to switch us unless we paid more. We didn’t. Room was minimalist and very noisy as sounds echoed in the halls and atriums. No windows to the outside. We could hear the restaurant staff two floors above us.

Mr. Jack, We are deeply that your experience at Grand Hotel Boutique was disappointing. It's the first time something like this happens so make sure we will check on our room sizes shared in expedia so it doesn't happen again. Concerning the windows we shared the pictures and rooms details in expedia so you can see the description previously. As for the noise we try to maintain our spaces as silent as posible but we are deeply sorry you had to experience that. The best hotel experience I’ve ever had. You have to get a themed room! The included breakfast is amazing and the staff…..unbelievable. We will always stay here from now on.

Lovely hotel. Elegant, but not overdone. Our room was excellent and when we needed anything, the very friendly, helpful and professional staff went to great lengths to supply it asap. Great location, too.

I have traveled all over the world and I have never received so much attention. The hotel is very clean, food was delicious, and I can say that all the employees are very happy and proud to provide an excellent service to every single guest.

I came down with flu just after arriving. The staff was fsbulous,getting me comfotable, bringing special soup checking in on me. Etc. Very kind . Besutiful hotel, grear staf!!!

Luxurious Hotel in the heart of it all
We loved our stay at this hotel, its in the middle of the town, close to many shops and restaurants, many churches and easy access to transportation. Hotel also has a gym and spa, we got massages and they were amazing. There's a few local bars in the area that are open until 2am. Customer service was fantastic, they also include free breakfast.

GRAND Wedding Night
We stayed at the Grand Hotel on our wedding night. The hotel is beautiful, the room is comfortable and clean, and the staff is superb. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was gracious and helpful. Went out of their way to make sure they stay was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is stay in that area.
