The information presented in the profile does not match with the real services they offer in the facilities. This is a cheap option but in my experience I wouldn't choose it again.

Hotel Capsula
Hotel Capsula comodo y amigable con los turistas. La ubicación es muy buena. Mi única sugerencia es informarse bien como funcionan los hoteles cápsula, debido a que estos hoteles definitivamente no son para todos.

EL hotel es muy limpio, y ordenado, lo unico malo es que tienes que hacer check in y check out todos los días

Convenient, good location and inexpensive
Capsule hotels are not for everyone. If you are open to feel the Japanese culture and sleep in a tiny space go for it. For me it was a great experience for one night. You don't need to bring anything to this hotel except only clean underwear for the next day. Everything is clean, the location is great and the shower is public so everybody will see you naked.

Cumple con todo lo básico si quieres quedarte en una de las áreas más importantes de Tokio. Físicamente está un poco escondido en el edificio, así que tendrás que entrar para encontrar el elevador que te lleva a la recepción.

Resultó una hermosas experiencia. Pero para el caso de los hombres no es muy cómodo, ya que las camas, los baños y los locker queda todo en diferentes pisos. Por lo cual, deben pasear con las batas por varios pisos y organizarse en agarrar todo. Para el caso de los hombre no hay duchas comunes como pensábamos, sino que hay los típicos baños japonés. Para el caso de las mujeres es muy cómodo ya que las cápsulas, los baños y los locker.

Location was amazing. Nothing too fancy or high quality about the hostel, but you get what you pay for. For the price, it is worth it. The locker area is tight, the lobby smells a bit because of the shoe lockers, the building could use some ventilation, there is only one elevator, and it can be hard to sleep because of your pod neighbors. I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or if you like your privacy. Location and price make up for what it lacks.

I decided to give the economical capsule a try. It isn't for me in the future, but it's a decent alternative to the expensive hotels if you'd like to be in a popular area. They clean the capsules daily and won't return things like a charger to you if you leave it in there.

It’s not worth whatever price you’re getting. The most difficult and tedious capsule experience I’ve ever had. - no stairs, wait in a long line everyday for one small elevator to leave or enter hostel, then forced to wait in lobby for another single small elevator to capsule room - they force you to leave your shoes in the lobby lockers to have your locker keys upstairs. Staff is overworked trying to exchange all the keys. Lobby smells overwhelmingly like feet. - listing is intentionally misleading. There is no two capsule room.

horrible stay for 2 nights here, no power in my capsule couldn't charge anything for when I woke up in the morning. When I went to my bed someone had already slept in the sheets, had to give me a new pod. Place smells like cigarettes and feet throughout the building, location is in a very nightlife area where people hassle you on the corners. Would not recommend staying here!

I did not enjoy that the property did not indicate a mandatory checkout from 10am to 2pm for cleaning. I understand the reason for it, but you need to be upfront with this information. The rest was as advertised, and great value. Thank you for great service!

It can be a bit of a culture shock if you're not used to a Japanese capsule hotel (and also important to understand that these aren't meant to be the Ritz) If you know what to expect, it's fine for what it is: a cheap place to sleep, near a major train station (Shinjuku) with lots of dining/entertainment options nearby. The public bath is nice as is the sauna and they've upgraded their blankets/pillows in the capsules. Basically, bring a pair of earplugs and don't wait until the last minute to check out for the day in order to miss the rush for the elevator

The place is in a central area geographically, but it's tucked in a corner that has all of one elevator to access it. The floor I was staying on was also directly above a karaoke place, so, you can imagine how well that worked out.

まあまあ清潔だし寝るだけなら十分 トイレのサンダルが足りない 朝食付にしたが、近くのベローチェの食券がもらえるだけなので、朝食なしにして、好きなもの食べたほうがよかったかな。

absolutely disgusting. there was hair everywhere, nothing got wiped down, no rules, smelt terrible. these should be worth 5 dollars a night. absolutely horrendous, i didn’t shower for 2 nights because i was more worried about getting a disease than being clean.. wouldn’t let me cancel my stay after seeing how bad it was
