The hotel was very clean and modern. Overall my stay was good. But the one lacking area if you are a Foodie, I do not recommend the restaurant there. The service was terrible, had to chase down my server for dinner several times, where I had to get up out of my seat to find them. I was hoping when we went back for breakfast we had a different server, which we did but the experience was the exact same. They brought coffee with no milk and sugar, did not check up on us after the food was brought when we needed an extra plate for our child. The restaurant wasn’t busy, times like this you can take advantage and give the best service. We told the manager but he seemed very inexperienced on how to handle bad service. Just wasn’t good. For what you pay it’s not worth it. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry 10 years, and it’s not hard to serve a table. All you have to do is smile and check in on your guests. Something as simple as that could not be done. We wanted to go for Mother’s Day but after that experience I will not be going back again.
