The people in the room above ys were constantly wslking around until 2 a.m. The floor (our ceiling) was very cresky. It kept me awake. Also the heater, off and on also very loud.

Thank you for your feedback and were sorry that the noise kept you up. Unfortunetly our motel is very old and has subcome to wear and tear. We have been working on updating and repairing the rooms and have some exterior renovations in the making that we hope to have done soon. We hope you will visit us again in the future and that your stay will be much better.

Terrible beds.
Our main problem was with the beds. Ours was what I refer to as an automatic snuggle bed. Meaning it sank so much in the middle we rolled towards each other automatically. Not ALWAYS a bad thing.... but I'd like to have a choice.

It was absolutely disgusting! My daughter saw a cockroach climbing the wall hear where she was sleeping. The front door did not latch correctly and blew open in the middle of the night, and there was no lock on the window. Our room had to be repaired from prior guests who trashed the place, and a half eaten Chicken was left in the microwave for days! The towels and bed linens were dirty as well. Noisy neighbors, and walls so thin you could hear the loud music and smell the pot smoke from upstairs. Cereal and packaged cookies for breakfast. Nope, never again!"

I'm sorry you were upset by your stay here and we appologize for your daughters experiance, we do what we can to keep insects outside where they belong unfortunately we can't 100% guarentee that one wont find its way into a room now and again. Also while your room may had been trashed it was repaired and we discussed and fixed issues with improper cleaning. We also have some large renovations in the making that we plan to start soon and we are unfortunately limited on the items we can offer for breakfast.

Hello, im sorry you were disapointed by our rooms, we have been working to improve them with repairs and updates and have some major renovations in the making that we hope to have done soon. In regards to the breakfast, im sorry you weren't informed about it however when you enter the office there are two counters, one has a double coffee machine with cups, creamer and sugar and the other has a cereal dispenser with three options, bowls, spoons and napkins. the office door also states our office and breakfast hours.

Hello, we appologize for your unpleasant stay. we do have a no smoking policy that states a 250 fee for smoking in the rooms however this unfortunatley does not stop everybody. We do perform extencive cleaning afterwards to try to eliminate the smell but it is not always 100% effective. We are working to update and repair our rooms and have some major renovations we hope to have done soon. We hope that you will give us another shot in the future and look forawrd to seeing you.

I'm sorry your stay was unpleasant, We are working to update and repair our rooms and have some major renovations in the making that we hope to have done soon. We dont usually use air fresheners in our rooms due to common sensitivities to perfumes however we have used them a few times after performing deep cleans to try to neutralize the smells of numerous cleaners. We will make sure that if we do use an air freshener that we will use it lightly/sparingly.

There was a large amount of black mold in the bathroom. The front door did not shut completely and the chain lock would not have kept anyone out. My grand daughter felt unsafe. I was supposed to stay two nights, but chose to cancel the second night and was refunded. The front desk was very pleasant, but I feel that the owner will not address the black mold correctly. He had sent maintenance to replace the tile only. The mold needs to be remediated. I am considering asking for a refund for the first night as well. Currently, I am three days past staying there, and I am feeling ill with respiratory issues. I will be contacting the local health department to follow up. The units are very very old. I did take a picture of the mold, but I am unable to upload it at this time to the site.

The desk girl was exceptionally helpful and quick to address issues, and maintenance man came in from home to fix upside down lock (which did not lock on the door) Group of men in room directly over ours were quite rowdy No peace and quiet

the electrical in the rooms was poor. plugs minimal and electrical items blinked on and off with usage. the lock on the outer door was weak. just used an indoor house type lock and a chain for security. the air conditioner ran the entire time, with minimal coolness obtained. lack of appropirate amount of towels in room. Only 2 available for a 4 person room. no one available during evening hours.

The screen was falling out of the window, the gap under the door was hugh, the balcony was terrible and leaned toward the railing. I can't believe Expedia even recommends this facility!

It was okay. Chris at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. The female on the other hand, had no customers service whatsoever. Not a greeting, not even a smile. When you ask a question, you’d have to repeat your self, and had very little response. SHE made our stay very unpleasant.🙁👎

Ever thought someone might have difficulty hearing usually if one person cant help then there is always someone else available. crying AFTER a stay speaks alot about you and your expectations

A double had to do
I called to let the staff know that I was going to be checking in after the 3pm check in time and was informed that they would not be able to accommodate my king bed non-refundable reservation that I had already paid for but that they had a double available if I wanted that. I had no choice and had to take it. When we arrived later to our room, the door was open. Good thing we didn’t have anything in there yet. All the times I have reserved stays through hotels.com I have never not gotten what I reserved.

Motel was already full
After booking “the last room” through the Hotels.com app, I arrived at the motel within an hour only to find out that they were already full and could not accommodate my reservation. Not sure if this mistake was the fault of motel or the app, but it was disappointing regardless and I’m really hoping the non-refundable reservation doesn’t actually get charged to my card.

No front desk service at night
Blew a fuse cooking pizza in microwave at 2:00 am so no electricity in the unit except the heater/AC on the front wall. Called the front desk for help. Was told, "It's 2 am in the morning, there is no one at the front desk, call back in the morning." Then she hung up on me. Called at 7:28 am for help. Was told he would look into it. Checked out without any electricity at 9:55 am. I told the person at the check out that I hadn't had electricity all night and he said laughingly, "Oh, sorry about that." Never staying there again.

The situation was explained to you that a member of the staff doing overnight had to go to the hospital ( quite sure they didnt plan this ). The next morning i was the gentle you spoke with and i offered to fix problem but you said you were leaving. You would have been offered some type of compensation if you had of given staff time to rectify issue

Worst hotel ive ever seen in my entire life and ive stayed at alot of super8s. We actually left but still paid unfortunately we were discussed hotels.com had this on their site , wont assume again

We are sorry you feel that way. Thank you for the review, If you could explain the actual issues you had with us it would really help to understand what may need to be improved..?. I am front desk manager and did not have any Stacey who stayed here. I also do not agree that it is the worst MOTEL ever. There have been many issues in past with employees housekeeping etc, that have tainted this motel, which is very unfortunate. But I know for a fact that any room booked on the 8th was satisfactory. And this motel may be old, but that is what makes it great, and it will continue to improve in every way. I just came back here in November to do just that. Improve it. I am sure you can find a much worse motel. We received a very good review just last night. so again, we apologize for your rating of us and wish you a great night.
