The hotel is old a'd not well maintained. The food is awful, the only good thing is the beach which is great. For now there is not really alternative for this kind of hotels in Trinidad, hopefully soon it will change

La instalación tiene mucho potencial, diseño arquitectónico hermoso, el personal se esfuerza en dar una atención esmerada. Es lamentable que los artículos de aseo se entreguen incompletos, según los propios trabajadores del servicio, "se entrega lo que llegue ese dia", tuve que comprar jabón y champú en la tienda, pues solo entró crema y un jabón para mis tres noches.

El diseño del inmueble es muy original. La Pisina es de muy buen tamaño pero no me gustó el hecho de que es un chapoteadero .

Lindo hotel de estilo colonial. Está sobre la playa, que es muy linda y arbolada, con bastante sombra natural. Son todos muy cordiales y los tragos que preparan en cualquier horario suelen estar muy bien. Un poco agotador es que haya música sonando todo el día. El buffet tiene demasiada cantidad de comidas, pero la calidad es un poco baja. Sería preferible menos oferta de mayor calidad. Volvería sin dudas e intentaría cenar siempre en el restaurante a la carta que tiene una calidad superior en la comida.

I didn't like this hotel overall, staff were rude all the time, bad faces allover the place, clean???? That doesn't exist in that place, staff were arguing with me all the time, specially a guy from cubanacan, an agency that doesn't even belongs to the hotel, I spoke with the Director of the hotel regarding the Issue and he said that he will speak to the guy, which I hardly daubed, door had holes on it, bathrooms were coated, food was awful, buffet smells really bad, no variety of food, bad taste on it, drinks at breakfast had bad taste, I herd that those drinks they sell them at the cuban stores for $1. Rooms were a little destroyed, lack of paint. They need to be educated a little more about what costomer satisfaction is and then start working in a hotel. Overall my experience was the worst.

Good day, we are very sorry to read that you were not able to enjoy the stay mainly because you were arguing with a person that does not work for the hotel. This is especially sad as you for that reason were not able to enjoy the services that the hotel has to offer. The stores are operated by a third party and you may by drinks that you may also enjoy in the hotel. For expample Cola we offer you in the resort - you may also buy it in the store when leaving the resort or for a day trip etc. We take you notes on the rooms and will check. With kind regards

Hotelli oli viihtyisä ja kotoisa kokonaisuutena. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja kohteliasta. Kaunis puutarha ja erittäin siisti ranta . Rannalla oli paljon hyviä aurinkotuoleja. Huoneessa jotakin remontoitavaa ikkkunoissa. Muutoin siisti.Ruokaa oli tarjolla monipuolisesti, merellistä, lihaa, salaatteja ja hedelmiä.

Toll!! aber keine Perfektion erwarten.
Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die Anlage ist schön und weitläufig gestaltet, die Zimmer und Betten modern und groß. Die Bars sind manchmal allerdings dem Ansturm der Gäste nicht gewachsen, außerdem gibt es hin und wieder Versorgungsengpässe wie keinen Saft, auch im Restaurant. Unbedingt eigenen Becher für den Strand mitbringen, sonst gibt es Plastik. Wegen des Restaurants sollte man auch nicht dort sein. Wer Diamant Club gebucht hat, sollte darauf achten, seine Extras auch wirklich zu bekommen. Der Laden im Hotel ist nicht der Rede wert.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The beach is very beautiful. The room is also nice, but we had a little problem with the water in the toilet. But the problem was solved in about two hours.

Начнем с того, что данный отель не заселяет с подтвержденным бронированием от Hotels.com. Будьте готовы к тому. что вам придется заново оплачивать этот отель по самой высокой цене. Сам отель старый, на пляже и в море большое количество водорослей. Отель давно требует ремонта, номера убирают поверхностно. Питание приличным было только в Новогоднюю ночь, что приятно удивило, в остальном обычная столовка с огромным количеством народа. За эти деньги есть огромное количество мест с отличным сервисом.

We had a really bad experience at this all inclusive place, the cost for hotel did not justify the quality and cleanliness, here are some of the issues we faced: 1. There was serious quality issues for the room, we ended up getting big bed bites in both the room we rented. The quality of the bath room was poor and the flush did not work. 2. The food quality was poor, tasteless, the all inclusive was a farce. We did not even get a welcome drink. 3 we did not sleep the first night due to dogs barking all night. :( Overall the beach was good and the drinks ok. But after spending close to 1400$ it was not worth it. Please contact me to figure out how Expedia will make it up to me. Thx

Please know that the bites you got - have probably come from jejenes - a kind of sand flea. Please rinse of legs and bathing clothes when coming from the beach - doing this you will not have nasty bites anymore. Not the best Memories
we were a family of 5 people in 3 rooms. We paid a lot for our christmas holiday. We booked the Memories Trinidad del Mar because 1. near the beach 2. all inclusive 3. Fitness center 4. Tennis court 5. Wifi No fitness center and not possible to play tennis which were a bit annoying, Wifi not working. The people at the pool bar could be a bit more friendly. A smile cost nothing

This property is lovely! I visited the site in Nov 2016 as well and the property has since, changed ownership, I understand. They have undergone some renos and painting to re-fresh - took me some time to get used to the change of color (from the yellow and blue) but the new look is classy and stream-lined. And clean looking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this location and will return, without question!

Hôtel un peu excentré de trinidad, comptez 10min de taxi pour y aller, env 10cuc pour 2 l'aller. Cependant très correct pour le prix, chouette piscine, buffet toujours le même mais pas mauvais. Les cocktails supers. Le plus :accès à la plage depuis l'hôtel Je recommande niveau rapport qualité prix

Schönes Hotel am Strand. Das Essen im Restaurant war für kubanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Der Pool war leider etwas dreckig, der Strand dafür aber umso besser. Getränke wurden in Einwegplastikbechern serviert, was eine ziemliche Sauerei war. Lecker waren sie aber.

Nourriture horrible !!!
Hôtel à rénover, nourriture très mauvaise, les buffets étaient composés de crudités sortant des boites de conserves!! La viande a griller était dehors au soleil, dans des bac sans glace, un soir pas d’eau , pas d’électricité , la plage sale... je déconseille cet hôtel

All inclusive food quality is quite good. Whereas the rooms facilities need renovation. Staff is helpful to solve the water leaking of air conditioner , unfortunately the incident needs time to repair.

DO NOT USE THIS RESORT FOR YOUR STAY.... I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS RESORT FOR YOUR STAY IN CUBA. The worker that works there are THIEVES especially to Americans. The night before I checked out, I counted my money for my ride back to Havana with my boyfriend. I separated 25 CUC for the airport in Havana (that’s the currency the the tourist use in Cuba) between $30 US and 180 CUC for the ride back to Havana. I used US dollars to separate the taxi fairs so I won’t have to expose too much money paying for my ride. This was the night before I checked out the hotel. I counted the money 3 times in front of my boyfriend before we went to sleep. I placed the money back in my wallet and then place the wallet in my bag and zipped it up. I was preparing myself for my travel back. The next morning before check out. I went for breakfast at 7:30 AM in the morning, my boyfriend came down around 8:00 AM. Between the time of breakfast and me leaving my boyfriend to go to the beach at 8:30 AM, and my boyfriend going back to the room at 9:15 AM, the cleaning people were able to go in to my bag were my wallet was and stole 100 CUC. All they needed was 1 hour and 15 mins. Who cleans the rooms that early! I got back to the room at 9:52 AM. I remembered because I told my boyfriend check out is at 11:00 AM, but it was really 12:00 AM. He said “okay, we have an hour and 8 minutes) all of a sudden, I heard a knock on the door and without me saying anything the door opened without my permission.

Bad really bad
The hotel is located in playa ancon, the one thing which is perfect is that the hotel is at the beach. The hotel is not well maintained, it’s already broken. The pool tiles are loos, the bathroom tiles are also loos. The hotel has 3 stars and to be honest it is not worth 3 stars. I arrived early at the hotel and the check in is after 15:00 I had to pay 20 cuc to be able to get the service that I already paid for. A hotel with 3 stars should never charge clients. There is a big sign by the pool where it’s states no eating, no drinking and no jumping. Guess what everyone was drinking and eating and jumping in the pool. The only thing that I have to say about this hotel is that the animation for the kids is top and some food has flavour. Except that the hotel needs to earn their 3 stars which is not doing at this point.

Tolerable in order to stay right by the beach
Beautiful location right on the beach with turquoise waters, which is what you stay here for as everything else was substandard and overpriced. Room itself was comfortable but bathroom was ancient in style with no way to stop water from the shower flowing all over the floor. Food was awful. Bland, repetitive and full of mystery meat. Mean with the ‘all inclusive’ drinks, serving in tiny cups despite the heat, meaning you had to go to the bar every few minutes even for water. Staff generally appeared unhappy and unkeen to assist. Pool looked pretty dirty but didn’t brave it myself.

This is our last stop in Cuba. Nice to have all inclusive and the beach at the doorstep. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, blue sea and white sand, although not many activities available apart from snorkeling and pedaling. One main canteen for buffet meals, there are choices but food is average like everywhere in Cuba. Standard room is nice enough facing the beach. We had moments that the hotel did not have water supply but i think it’s a problem in Cuba. Need to bring anti mosquitos tho.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel
Im Prinzip ein sehr schönes Hotel mit schöner Konzeption in guter Lage direkt am stark Strand, in der Nähe der Berge und von Trinidad mit kubatypischem Ambiente. Personal ist freundlicher als in Varadero. Leider ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Renovierung hat aber begonnen. Hauptsächlich kubanisches Essen. Um den Aufenthalt zu genießen muss man sich klar sein, dass man nach Kuba fährt. Strand fällt schnell ab.

The beach is great but......
The rooms were fine unless you want a/c......the food is passable but the dining room has some serious ventilation issues. The staff are pleasant but super slow. With a little maintenance this place could be good but don't stay for more than a couple of days. All in all it was overpriced compared to Havana.
