Una excelente y práctica opción.
Un lugar muy bien ubicado, céntrico, cerca de super mercados, tiendas, restaurantes, bares, etc. Está equipado con cocina y refrigerador, no tiene micro ondas. La habitación uy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda.

Muy céntrico, al lado del bus del aeropuerto. Se puede ir andando a todos sitios desde el hotel. El dormitorio con cocina está bien, cómodo y equipado con lo necesario.

Perfecta ubicación, céntrico. Personal muy atento aunque con el parking primero decían por email que no había luego al llegar había y un cartel indicaba 150 nok/día y al preguntar nos dijeron que 180 pero que nos cobrarían 150.

Director prepotente
Lo mejor la cama, el trato y la ayuda de la chica de recepción y la ubicación. Cuando llegamos a la habitación no estaba el microondas que habíamos pedido en la reserva pero la chica de recepción nos lo subió rápido y sin problemas. Lo peor fue al pedir salir más tarde, nos dijeron que no a pesar que hoteles, com nos dijo que no debería haber problemas. Pero si los hubo porque la dirección del hotel no prevé estos casos y ocupa al 100% el hotel. Tras exponer nuestro caso y opinar sobre el establecimiento en esta página ese mismo día, el director del hotel reacciono un poco y nos dejó quedarnos hasta las 14 h, y no nos cobró unas pequeñas tasas, aunque necesitábamos hasta las 18h, no sin antes reprocharnos y pedirnos explicaciones de forma prepotente sobre nuestra opinión y exposición del caso en esta misma página. Esa actitud es inadmisible hacia unos clientes porque se les puedes estropear la estancia. No recomiendo este hotel por la prepotencia de su director con los clientes al mínimo problema. Hoteles. Com tampoco nos dio una solución.

Caro para lo que ofrece
Está bien ubicado sin embargo por un precio similar la cadena Scandic ofrece desayuno y limpieza en las habitaciones. El personal es muy amable pero en mi caso llegué a mi habitación y el baño no tenía puerta, aquella estaba en la pared recargada desmontada. Es una Lata buscar donde desayunar además de caro. Busquen un hotel donde ofrezcan desayuno. La cama no es tan cómoda. El hotel no es malo solo que no vayan con altas espectativas.

Hotel bien situado
Este hotel bien situado en pleno centro de Tromso, y de la calle peatonal y comercial Storgaga merece la pena. El personal de recepción és muy atentento y amable. Las habitaciones en general están muy correctas y disponen de cocina; así que si no se desea tener gastos extras se puede aprovechas para hacer cenas sencillas y desayunar cómodamente. Sólo hay un pero los sogas-cama o camas supletorias no son muy cómodas.

Solo traveler. My stay was great. The room was small but it had everything I needed. The bed was so comfortable just perfect. The location was in the middle of everything. Ideal. I walked everywhere. So happy I chose this place for my four days in Tromso.

This property should be rate 2 or 3 stars.........rooms were extremely small (even though I got the room for 3 people), bathroom was the smallest I had seen...no amenities in the bathroom....no breakfast (they sent to a different hotel that is 10 minutes walk and has a below average breakfast for an expensive amount). Location of the hotel was good.

The staff at Enter City, from the front desk (Nasrin and Karolina) to the cleaning team (Maria) were incredibly welcoming. and I'm a little astonished that this facility has not received the highest marks possible. I got stranded in Tromso due to the Lufthansa strike, and so had to stay at the hotel twice (once at the last minute), and the second room was even more spacious and well appointed with a terrific view of the mountains. When I come back to Tromso with my family or university students, I will look no further than Enter City. Some of the hotels can feel quite sterile, but this place makes you feel right at home. I stayed at a few places while I was in the area, and this hands down, ranks as the best. I can't say enough great things about the staff, too!

Great hotel with lots of space in the room and a very friendly staff. Very walkable to everything downtown. It was also nice to have a key card access to not only our floor, but the entrance to the hotel as well. Only complaint is that there's only one mirror in the bathroom, so multiple women will struggle a bit.

The room was very comfortable. It was also nice to have a laundry room available for guests. Staff was very accomodating and polite. The hotel was convenient for shopping, a mall was about a five minute walk, along with a variety of eating places and supermarkets. We felt very safe too.

Slight inconvenience for late check in at sister hotel, Viking. Found one bedside light out. Would have liked to use the hdmi port behind tv but it was not accessible. Window shades had to be always closed for privacy. Other guests noise occurred at 4am Sunday morning. We were still up anyways from a Northern Lights Tour that ended after midnight. Tourist center, tours meeting spot, restaurants and church all within walking distance. Kitchen facility, microwave and fridge were convenient. They were kind to hold our luggage after checkout while we had lunch nearby and before our trip back to the airport. Overall, our family would stay here again.
