Very convenient
The hotel is overall great. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. But the best is the location, close to city center and shops, with a tour agency inside, and most tours and airport shuttles departing from there. Very convenient.

Location and comfort
Perfect location! The sauna and the gym on the 10th floor has a beautiful view over the sea and mountains. Nice comfortable bed and good breakfast. Nothing exceeding the Radisson standards.

Un buen hotel en Tromso
El hotel está perfectamente situado. Las habitaciones están bien, tamaño justo, y el desayuno está muy bien. Quizá un poco caro para el nivel de la habitación. No tiene armarios y las perchas están en dos barras en la pared, son las justas para estar 5 o 6 días . La gente muy amable y eficiente. Muy cómodo que todas las excursiones salen de este hotel o del de enfrente. Lo mismo que el flybus del aeropuerto.

Great hotel in a great location, easy access to transport links and very close to main area of Tromso. Staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options. Room very comfortable and clean. I’d definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel, we paid for an upgrade for a sea view which is really worth it, the views are spectacular. Super breakfast and front of house staff are really welcoming. As with most good hotels, the bed was super comfy. Where do they get their bed linen!!!!

The breakfast was really the highlight of our stay. Our room (standard) was smaller than expected although it was quiet and we slept well. We signed up to not have our room cleaned everyday but we were there for 4 nights and we didn’t get our towels changed once (and the suggestion was that we would). The shower set-up means that the floor was soaking after we showered and so 2 of our towels were used to soak up the water. Separately we found the staff to be pleasant on the whole and the views from the hotel were lovely. The hotel was very expensive for us but we accept that is the norm for Norway.

the location was great and Christian was very helpful when I checked kit. I was very disappointed in the lack of food options. There is only a $23 breakfast buffet, no food at all other than that. I had to go out for coffee every morning. The pub has no food. Also a very limited number of TV channels for an international hotel.

5 jours avec les mêmes verres et tasses, nous avons du les nettoyer nous même, indigne d'un 4 étoiles chambres très mal conçues, trop petites pour le prix, même si elles sont cosy... obligé d'escalader le lit pour ouvrir les rideaux, difficile pour une personne agée. aucune chaine internationale, pour un hôtel qui reçoit de la clientèle étrangère, pourtant avec les satellites et le câble c'est très facile, c'est la première fois que nous avons cette situation dans tous nos voyages à travers le monde. nous sommes contraints de libérer la chambre pour 12 h, mais si l'on doit attendre 1 ou 2 h de plus, pas de toilettes disponibles. ce n'est pas acceptable nous ne prendrons plus votre chaine d'hôtel, d'autres moins chers proposent des prestations supérieures à moindre coût. Expérience à ne plus renouveler

Main Pick-up point for all the excursions right on our doorstep. Harbour for boat trips, seafood, great food/restaurants, main high street and supermarkets really close by. I’m a bit unsteady (age and hip replacement!) so being able to not feel rushed/stressed and enjoy the snow underfoot, feel part of things and start all the tours feeling happy and confident was fantastic. Room was lovely and warm, housekeeping excellent and plenty of working lifts to get up and down. Breakfast had fantastic choice and good value.

This hotel was situated close to where a lot of excursions depart. But otherwise the better dining and shopping options are on the main street. The sidewalks are not shoveled and the snow turns to ice, it's a treacherous walk to restaurants. The room had a nice view, breakfast was ok, the housekeeping staff was aggressive. I was woken up every morning with the sound of their carts and vacuum, one entered the elevator with the giant cart before checking to see if anyone was inside (I had to shout hello for her to notice me). I wouldn't stay here again.
