Overall, this was a decent hotel. The gym is probably the main draw as it is pretty impressive. However, even with very few guests there, because they only have 2 treadmills, it wasn't easy to get to use it.
The pool is mainly decorative, and basically nobody uses it as it's very shallow and narrow. So if you like hanging out by the pool this is not the place for you.
The main problem I had with my stay was that I accidentally booked the wrong date on the hotel (I had a overnight flight so that threw me off). I booked 2 weeks ahead of time and contacted both the hotel and Expedia the very next day. I had also booked the penthouse suite. If I had accidentally booked a studio, I might not have cared that much. After hours of talking to Expedia and the hotel, they basically both told me they were not going to do anything for me and it was my mistake and I'd have to eat the cost. I told them I was willing to change dates, get credit. Anything so I didn't lose the 280 dollars I spent for a penthouse suite I wasn't going to be there to use.
In conclusion, this is a small brand hotel that doesn't really care about customer service and if they won't do anything about my mistaken booking, I don't feel they would be very accommodating about anything else.
In general, I'd avoid this place and also avoid booking anything with expedia as their customer support after you make a booking is basically non-existent.
