Agradecemos que te hayas hospedado con nosotros, en cuanto al clima, la tarjeta siempre debe estar puesta dentro del tarjetero y todo debe estar bien cerrado, ante estos incidentes es recomendable bajar a recepción y pedir ayuda ya que algunas veces por accidente pueden haber movido algo al control remoto lo cual provoca que el aire acondicionado no enfrié correctamente. Usualmente nos suelen reportar o pedir ayuda con este tema y después de unos minutos queda listo y funcionando correctamente.
