I do not recommend
This hotel is in need of serious renovation. There was mold in our room and a bad repair of the ceiling above the tub. We left an item, but mysteriously disappeared when we returned to retrieved it. Also, one of my moisturizer bottles was emptied. Replaceable, I know, but still would like to have them.

I would NOT stay here again
My friends and I stayed in two rooms here. My bathroom was not clean. There was makeup and trash on the floor and the toilet was not flushing properly. I told the staff downstairs and said it would be taken care of ASAP. I returned from dinner and the toilet would still not flush. You can hear every noise from down the hall to the cars driving by outside. My friends had issues with their room not being clean (crumbs on the bed stand) and their shower did not drain properly. Upon checkout I let the owner know about these issues. Maybe it will be taken care of, but know I would not stay at this place again...

The rooms and hotel is very dirty and needs a deep clean. The hotel also needs someone who can do maintenance. The sink in our room prior to being moved to another room was because was propped up by a stick board. Plumbing fixtures were dripping.

The front desk clerk could not be bothered. He was busy on his phone in front of the TV, both when we checked in and when we checked out. During breakfast on several occasions, other employees or customers had to alert him to the fact guests were trying to locate him.

Needs renovating
It looks like the room was in the middle of renovations but it was no where near done. Several areas that had been patched on the ceiling but not painted. The soap dish in the shower was held up with tape. Pics would not load. It didn’t look like a great part of town.

Staff was great, complimentary breakfast was acceptable, Lobby and breakfast area were nice. Room was old with an attempt to update with stained carpet and some unfinished details, A/C short cycled and was noisy when it came on and off, forcing short naps throughout the night.

Service very average at best, not even a thank you. Window view was terrible of a Pool filthy and spa the same! The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all out luggage etc up the stairs, no offers to help! Coffee maker worked off and on Hair dryer was not attached to the wall like it is made to Didn’t get a bill receipt under the door as promised Bed was comfortable and the continentional breakfast was good, all else not good

They recently renovated (some of the property with terrible results). Not sure if it was 2"x2" that was holding up my sink or the green hot tub that was my "favorite". Staff was ok. I asked to have rooms near each other. She said they were fully booked. I'm guessing everyone had already checked in at 5:30pm.....

Where did it go?
At check in we were informed that apparently they had over booked because one of our two reserved rooms was no longer available. At first they denied that we had booked two rooms until I showed them my reservation confirmation. They tried to console us in the fact that it was a king suite and the couch made into a bed for the second couple (my mom and dad). The room was far from being fully renovated. The bathroom sink must have been recently replaced because it was held in place by two boards from the bottom side. In the sitting area of the room the TV was missing. The hole was there but the TV wasn't.

Stains on pillow cases. The matress was good. Door would not close to the bathroom. Needed to be remodeled. Elevator was having issues. The elevator was not level with the floor when it stopped.
