Muy Buena Ubicación
Muy buena ubicacion en Downtown de Vancouver, tienes acceso a todas las lineas de metro y de transporte publico en general, asi como de tiendas, supermercados y mas.

Hotel no lujosos, pero muy buena opción
El hotel no es lujoso, las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero me pareció muy buena opción, suficiente, limpio en general. Los sanitarios funcionan bien, la cocina es completa y muy amplia. Su ubicación está súper, muy céntrico y cerca de las avenidas más transitadas de Vancouver. Si quieres destinar un presupuesto bajo y tener un buen lugar, definitivamente éste es el hotel indicado.

Excelente servicio
Las personas en recepción me atendieron excelente, de los mejores servicios que he recibido en un hotel. A pesar de compartir baños y regadera, siempre estaban muy limpios y las instalaciones están en excelente estado. La cama está muy cómoda y hay mucho espacio en la habitación. Lo único que no me gustó es que, por estár en el centro, en las noches la gente suele pasar gritando y si estás en habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera; de ahí en más disfruté mucho mi estancia!

I almost dies in that cold. Its not a hotel it is a hostel or may be worst . No temperature control in rooms. Parking is terribly unless you pay 25 dollars a day.staff is nice and helpful though. But its not a hotel.

不便な部分もあるが、基本的には快適
受付の特におじさんがいい人だった。朝食は付いていないが、周辺にカフェがあるので連泊するのであれば、日ごとにお店を変えて違ったメニューを楽しめる。最寄り駅（Yaletown-Roundhouse）からのルートは複雑ではないが、上り坂なので大きい荷物を持ちながらだと少し大変かも。 予約の時点で分かってはいたが、トイレ・シャワーは共同。自分が泊まったフロアにはトイレが２カ所、トイレ・シャワールームが一緒になったのが2カ所。当然だが、他の宿泊者とバッティングすると終わるまで待たなければならないし、その都度、部屋からトイレ・シャワールームに行くのが面倒と思うこともある。部屋には洗面所があるので、手や顔を洗ったり歯磨きする分には不便ではない。 バンクーバーは全体的にホテル代が高いので、ここのようなホステルでもまぁまぁいい値段はした。

Perfecte locatie.
Het hotel is een beetje vergane glorie, maar netjes en schoon. Er is altijd iemand aan de balie om allervriendelijkst te helpen. Je hebt geen eigen bad en WC, maar wel een koelkast. Er is ook een gezamenlijke keuken waar je zelf een kopje thee kunt zetten of eventueel eten kunt maken. De locatie is ideaal. Vlak bij een halte van de skyline die naar het vliegveld gaat en het Stanleypark is maar op 4 km afstand dus het hele centrum is goed te belopen vanuit het hotel. Ook de opstap van de ferry of aquaboot naar Granville Island is vlakbij.

Downtown Vancouver is a ridiculously expensive place to live or stay. That said, this “hotel” was as advertised. Most importantly it was very clean, my room was ok and the bed was very comfortable. Although the toilets and showers are shared I never had to wait for either and they were maintained to a high standard. Staff were friendly and when I did have an issue it was sorted the same day.

The Ambassador is one of the only reasonably priced hotels left in downtown Vancouver (paid $150/night). Other comparable hotels were charging double the nightly rate ($300) and the only reason is that those rooms have private bathrooms. That being said, I've stayed in those other hotels and the Ambassador is much cleaner in my opinion. The question to ask yourself is a private bathroom worth an extra $150/night? This trip was four nights so by sharing a bathroom, which was perfectly clean, I saved $600.....it isn't perfect by any means but hard to beat in comparison to the other options in the core.

Disappointing, run-down, disparaging staff
This hotel resembled places I’ve stayed for less than $50 in Africa and China. If you only have two showers per floor, they need to be nice. These were broken and run down and look like they haven’t been updated since 1999. I would give this place a break because of location and generally clean room and nice-ish beds but it was absolutely infuriating that they lock guests out of the hotel at midnight and you have to wait by the door until the one front desk person comes by - after being away for 15 minutes in my case. This is an awful feeling and dangerous, especially as a woman on one of Vancouver drunkest party streets. How can they not give out a key to the front door for all guests? Their response is that they need to monitor each guest because they don’t trust them not to bring additional guests- are they talking about parties or something more shady? Have a little more respect for your guests and don’t treat them like children and assume they’ll break your rules.

The location is nice. There was secured parking, but we missed availability to reserve a parking space because it’s a limited small amount. The toilets area was kind of messy with spills on the floor, but the toilets in the shower room were cleaner, so it balances out. Eccentric hotel experience.

Keine eigene Toilette bzw. Bad. Dafür aber sehr saubere Gemeinschaftsdusche. Handwaschbecken im Zimmer. Leider kein Licht, keine Steckdose und keine Ablagefläche über/am Becken. Airconditioning nicht regulierbar. Sehr zentral. Freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal.
