Muy felices con la estadía
A pesar de tener problemas con la habitación al llegar por olores extraños, nos cambiaron sin ningún problema, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo El servicio del restaurante fue muy bueno, se sabían la carta a la perfección y el servicio muy agradable La vista desde la terraza era lejos lo mejor de la estadía

Nos fuimos sin registrarnos pues el cuarto era pequeño y encajonado en el primer piso y estaban trabajando en mejoras por lo que había ruido. Alejado, en el tope de una montaña y ninguna facilidad cerce

Buenos servicios
Hotel precioso, ubicado a pasos de la casa de Pablo Neruda. En el entorno inmediato mas que la casa de Pablo Neruda no hay mucho que hacer (Cerro Bellavista), lo cual hace que el barrio sea muy tranquilo para descansar, a diferencia del carrete de los cerros concepción y cerro alegre. Lo bueno es que ademas el mismo hotel cuenta con un restaurante exquisito, buena carta y buenos tragos, y ademas tiene tinas calientes.

Buenas instalaciones, bien ubicado y gran atención
Nos quedamos en uno de los lofts, que tienen gran espacio y son muy limpios. Agradable terraza propia y maravillosa vista de la del hotel mismo. La ubicación era muy buena para nosotros, ya que era muy tranquila para andar en familia, pero esta muy cerca para moverse a lugares interesantes entretenidos. Para qué decir de la Sebastiana (Museo/casa de Pablo Neruda), al lado! El desayuno fue de las mejores sorpresas, y la atención fue muy buena. El resto de la comida agradable, pero nada especial la verdad. No pudimos probar los hot tubs, pero se veían bien! Un aspecto a mejorar son los equipos del loft, ya que eran de calidad bastante discreta, en especial los calefactores. En cualquier caso, muy recomendable (para los loft al menos!)

Esperaba más del hotel
Personal del comedor / terraza, muy atento y servicial. Personal de la recepción, atención regular. No se esmeran en buscar solución. Al promocionar el hotel, indican que cuenta con estacionamientos, pero estos son insuficientes para la capacidad del hotel. Tuve que dejar el auto en la calle. Además desayuné en los sillones, ya que no había mesa disponible.

Moderno, Lindos detalles, pero poco funcional
El hotel es Bello, moderno, colmado de detalles de diseño que hacen a un "todo" muy interesante, la atención del Personal es Inmejorable, la calidad de los muebles y útiles es de primera, el desayuno es satisfactorio, la cochera es amplia y cómoda, las vistas son geniales desde su terraza, te convidan un trago de bienvenida, que confirma la buena predisposición que todos en el Hotel tienen para atenderte... Super recomendable... Los detalles que puedo destacar, para que nadie se sienta decepcionado son: 1) - Poco lugar en las Habitaciones (Son pequeñas).- 2) - En las Hab., No hay donde colocar maletas de viaje, solo pequeñas.- 3) - No hay hab. con aire acondicionado y las que dán al Poniente, desde las 15hs a las 21hs, en temporada de verano, son SUPER CALUROSAS!!! (Sugiero que el hotel se haga de algún sistema de refrigeración movil para esas hab.)

Mi estadía en el Verso
Me fue muy bien el primer día de estadía ´pero lamentablemente por una desgracia familiar tuvimos que retirarnos en forma anticipada. Quiero destacar la excelente predisposición y ayuda que recibimos por parte del conserje de la noche para conseguirnos pasajes y traslados en forma urgente. Muy buena la atención y limpieza.

Great hot tub with views
A good experience. Wifi doesn’t work well here because of so much cement. Beds are not so comfortable and the food in the restaurant was not as good as it should have been. But great Pisco sours, nice hot tubs with good views.

Boutique hotels keep proving why they are more detail oriented to the clients needs. I absolutley loved this property. Private secure parking was available, rooms were tidy, common spaces were beautiful. You could sit in the open courtyard and have a tea, coffee or glass of water. Reception was open 24/7. The restaurant had a beautiful selection on dinner options and a sommelier to advise you on your wine pairings. Hot tubs are also available to reserve for a fee on the rooftop terrace and have spectacular views over the whole city. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable to the downtown area. Staff were bilingual and helpful when it came to restaurant and tourist spot recommendations. I would definetly stay here again.

Wonderful find!
Excellent food at restaurant; nice experience in hot tub, helpful staff, great views. We had the king suite and it had plenty of room. Comfortable bed, good shower. Clean room. Was a great find. Would definitely stay there again. It's in the Museo de Cielo Obierto and almost next door to La Sebastians. Take the bus up. Lots easier with a backpack than walking it.

Boa opção para Valparaiso
Bem no topo de Valparaiso, hotel aconchegante. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Restaurante agradável, mas para o meu gosto foi pouca comida e preço alto. O entorno do hotel é bem precário em geral, mas não tivemos nenhum problema com segurança.

I would stay there again
We had a great two nights stay at the hotel. It’s modern and young. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and speaks English. The room was a bit small but most important - it was bright and very clean - and a big plus it had heating. We also enjoyed the spa on the hotel roof which was also very clean. Bring ear plugs if barging dogs will keep you awake (the same for all the hotels in Paraiso).

Small rooms, helpful staff, excellent views
This is an excellent facility with helpful and professional staff, most of whom speak some english. The rooms are comfortable but extremely small; two adults with luggage will have to be clever in arranging their thing. The hotel is removed from nightlife, but there is a very nice restaurant at the location and smaller places by the Neruda house on the next block. Views of surroundings are impressive.

This hotel may have small rooms, but you'd rather be in comfy lobby or rooftop restaurant/bar with spectacular views. Staff was so very very friendly and accommodating. If you are bringing a car, be sure to contact the hotel directly regarding reserving a space: hotels.com booking does not.

Hotellet ligger lite ”off” men ändå i ett trevligt område. Takterrassens restaurang har fin utsikt och trevlig personal, men man stör sig på plaststolarnas oljud varje gång någon skjuter in eller ut sin stol. Har man rum under restaurangen (som vi hade) stör man sig än mer på att dessa stolar ej har filt-tassar.

Very nice, small hotel with a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar on the hillside with wonderful views over Valparsiso. Also some hot-tubs on the roof. Free parking under the building. Nice, quiey and safe area. Walking distance to many sights. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Boutique em Valparaiso
Fui com minha família para Vina del Mar e Valparaiso e decidi ficar no Verso Hotel por ser mais barato que em Vina del Mar. Foi uma ótima escolha. Ficamos em um loft enorme com dois quartos, sala, cozinha completa e deck com vista para cidade. O hotel é pequeno, mas com excelente atendimento. Ótimo café da manhã e restaurante delicioso. Linda vista na área do restaurante. Não tem piscina, mas tem dois ofuros que não usamos por falta de tempo. Fica numa rua proxima a La Sebastiana.

Tidy hotel, good views
The rooms are small but tidy and located close to a major tourist attraction. That said, the cost of the rooms is too much for the size of the rooms and the extras you get. The lack of thick walls will deprive you of sleeping in and make it hard to have an early night (depending on how busy the roof terrace gets).

we got there early during the day and were very tired and sleepy and were afraid that we will be sleeping in the car until later that day, but the front desk person was able to let us check-in immediately. We are really grateful about this and their excellent service.

Nice hotel, but unusually small rooms.
The hotel is nice, clean and modern but not really close to any of the main sites if you’re in the city as a tourist. If driving it’s at the top of some really tricky hills, walking makes for a lot of exercise to and from. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms — crazy small. The toilet is separate and about the size of an airplane bathroom. It was awkward and incomfortable. There are no TV channels other than 2-3 on IPTV, and in our room the WiFi signal wasn’t great. I didn’t have a bad stay there but I wouldn’t return based on the extremely small rooms. Also, there was no safe.

Nice new modern hotel. Rooms are small but designed to maximize limited space. Great views. Excellent restaurant. Slightly out of the way in general and the immediate neighbourhood is not actractive.

Hip and unique
This hotel fits really well with the vibe and look of Valparaiso. It's a little difficult to get to but worth the effort. The apartments are styled to be modern and tasteful with great views of the city from the rooftops. The main building of the hotel is super hip, we soaked in amazing views from the rooftop hot tubs (actual wooden barrels that they will heat up for you with advance notice). We also enjoyed great welcome drinks that were delivered right to our room. The breakfast in the morning is really nice with exceptional coffee and great cakes too!

Vista do Pacífico
Quando cheguei em Valparaiso fiquei um pouco frustrada com a cidade,mais quando cheguei no hotel com suas instalações e a vista para o Pacífico,me fez refletir melhor.Muito bom o quarto,que mais parece um bom apartamento com uma garagem e porta privativa para cada apartamento,gostei muito,fui com marido e dois filhos,ficamos muito confortáveis.Dois banheiro,sala,cozinha e dois quartos e varanda no terraço.Perfeito!

Small room, not well finished out. Reasonably comfortable. Interesting art and decor.Think best thing about hotel is the restaurant/bar on the roof top. Great view of city. Breakfast was good. Thought it was a little overpriced for the location and comfort. Staff was accommodating and decent English spoken.
