En la noche que me quede a dormir mucho ruido de huespedes en el pasillo, pasillos huelen horrible a marihuana; la limpieza estaba del cuarto estaba buena, y la atencion del personal del lobby excelente, pero lo demas deja mucho que desear no me volveria a quedar alli, incluso se siente inseguro no puedes dormir tranquilo

Interesting opportunity to improve
to beite check in after driving hours in the road would be a good thing to consider. All guests are driving somewhere after all. Im pretty sure that keeping the hotel through and after the Pandemic would have been an amazing challenge, and also an achievement, but my room needs some love, looks old and not in a good way

Desagradable hotel.
Desagradable estadia, ropa de cama vieja y en mal estado, baño sucio con mucho pelo de todo tipo, almohadas viejas en mal estado en general deberian remodelar no vale la pena pagar ni siquera por un rato malo,malo,no lo recomiendo busquen otras opciones.

We liked the convenient location- close to I-95- but the downside was the loud truck traffic starting up in the middle of the night. Plus there's a gas station next door and whenever a truck backed up the warning signal disrupted our sleep. The HVAC fan was really LOUD so we turned it off. The property is old and you can see where they've tried to paint over damage. The elevator looks like it was used for freight but the quilted liners were removed so you see bare metal walls with all sorts of dings and scrapes. The only good things were the comfortable bed (mattress and pillows) and friendly housekeeping and breakfast staff. They seem to take pride in the property and care for it, despite its age.

The room was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable there was a leak because it was raining, the bathroom was clogged. The elevator was dirty and the hallways smelled very bad.

Had to leave the property a day early. homelessness was not ok the smell could be better. get your security up. it is unsafe.

When I arrived to check in, I asked if there was a restroom I could use. They handed me a key attached to a larger plastic spray can lid. They feel a need to keep the lobby restroom locked. That told me all I needed to know.

Not very clean. Bathroom is so dirty and not easily to use, shower very very slippery, my son actually slipped and fell. Water and all vending machines broken, only one working elevator that was dirty and sketchy. ALL hotel keys didn’t work due to computer error. The front desk clerk was helping Everyone into their rooms between 12am-3am. Breakfast only till 9:30. Hotel so HOT. heat in rooms set on 81 when we arrived. Halls 75.

We needed a place for 1 night literally a couple hours sleep. The building feels really old and unkept. There were various cracks in walls ceilings toilets tube sink lots of space the curtains didn’t close and there were water stains on the walls and ceilings. It worked for what we needed but just didn’t feel comfortable.

Where’s our refund??
Reception said we would get a refund, but a month later it has not arrive. The place smelled bad upon entering. There were dogs barking in our hallway. We told them we wanted to stay somewhere else and they said they would refund our stay, but we still haven’t received it a month later.

Needs some love
The pictures on website make this hotel seem nice. Most of the Staff was very friendly. Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Was very alarmed of the man made plastic partition around the front desk. I know there’s health protocols however this looked more like a security issue. Upon going up the elevator I assumed they were renovating however I was informed at the breakfast that morning they were not undergoing construction. This hotel is in dire need of renovation. Once you step off the elevator the carpet is old and worn. The wall paper needs help no pictures or decorations. The room was very clean though. It was so late when I checked in I disregarded the people hanging outside. Went to grab some breakfast in the morning. Looks like families stay at the hotel. First impression this is the worst continental breakfast. As I made brief conversation I was ushered from that area as I was making my coffee to the real breakfast area. Seems to me they should flip the areas but then they would have to fix this place up. I would probably never stay here again. If I was young and had limited funds it probably would be okay. Just treat yourself and read reviews.

Hotel needs a LOT of attention! Place looks very run down. Room was clean for the most part. Curtains were kinda dirty. Bath tub looked as if someone painted over it and the curtain rod was hanging by a thread. Breakfast was a joke. We were in town for a football game and NYE and spent a lot of our time out of the hotel. So we only needed a bed and a shower so we stayed both nights. Otherwise we probably would’ve looked for a different hotel.
