Agradable estancia
La estancia fue muy agradable y cómoda y el personal muy atento. El hotel bien ubicado y con una buena vista al capitolio. Las camas muy confortables. Lo único que no me gusto es que no contaba con bañera sino con una regadera normal.

En realidad pague por una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, no por 2 camas semidobles, entonces la verdad pase muy mala noche, no pude descansar, por otro lado el tema del parqueo, tienes una reserva en un excelente hotel y adicional a eso debes pagar US 57 por el parqueadero o tienes la opción de dejarlo en la calle eso no me pareció, del resto por ahora bien, pero si me deja muy incomforme el tema de las camas pues uno paga para que se le de lo que uno está pagando

The property was more impressive in person. Although the online pictures were nice. There don't fully capture the atmosphere. We had a pleasant stay. However, one thing that stood out is the housekeeping is not continuous. We arrived at about 3:00 PM. While walking to our room we noticed delivery food items left out in front of a guestroom. We passed it a few times the first day and it was still there the next morning at 9:00 AM. This is very surprising for a hotel of the caliber. I would have thought that the staff do walk throughs checking the floors for trash etc.

Kept well and clean. Most of the front desk personnel were polite. Attentive until I call attention to issues and then never heard back. The area is perfect and within walking distance of all tourist places. My last night, a very strong smoking smell was getting in the room. Could not tell where was coming from and front desk said they didn’t know either. It was horrible to sleep in those conditions. My daughter who had lung surgery a few months ago could not breath well. The room, floor are smoke free but definitely someone was smoking. The hotel breakfast was excessively expensive and not worth the $36 per person.

Overall we had a great stay at the property! The breakfast buffet was extremely pricey for the offering. The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were able to walk to most of the major monuments and the staff was all friendly.

Heater was not working. Had to call for maintenance multiple times. They arrived after 2 hours after first contact. Maintenance person said he just turned off the air conditioning so it should work. It took the room another 2 hours to heat up. The next day after we went out and returned, it was too hot. Now the air conditioning didn’t work. We were not going to wait around to contact maintenance and wait for them again so we just turned it off completely and dealt with it.
