We do apologize that check in took as long as it did. It so happens that the computer programimg system that we use through Whyndham was down and the tech support team was working to bring it back up online, so it was not just this location. Also since the system was down the front desk agaent had to do the check in the old fashioned way by hand and paper, so hence needing your infor mation and credit card. Also it is hotel policy and expedia policy to get a credit card for any incedentals that may happen form all guests that use a prepaid reservation. The front desk agent even told you that when you checked out the next morning you would be given back the paper work that you had to fill out. We also apologize that the room was not up to your standards for a suite and was "not the cleanest" in your words. The housekeepers work hard at their jobs and do make sure that every room is clean. Again we do apologize for the inconviences you encountered and we do hope that the next time you come to the area that you will be staying some place else more to your convience.
