Hotel en Gatwick (Aeropuerto)
El hotel esta muy bien, muy acogedor. el único detalle a destacar es que esta a 10-12min del aeropuerto de Gatwick pero el trayecto al hotel esta muy bonito, y el entorno donde esta el hotel precioso. el personal es muy amable

Un poco alejado y tienes que coger taxis.
El taxi de ida y vuelta te suponen 36 Libras mas. Las habitaciones son inmejorables.Una pena que no puedas ir con el bus por 3 Libras como al resto de los que hay en el entorno.

Excelente opción si viajas temprano por Gatwick.
Buena opcion si vas a volar en el aeropuerto de Gatwick.

Terrible ubicación
En ningún comentario que leí sobre este hotel decían lo lejos que se encuentra del centro de Londres nada mas y nada menos que en taxi hicimos 2 horas 30 minutos para llegar al big ben ..... Esta bueno si quieres ir a descansar y estar ahí metidos todo el tiempo pero si Vaz a conocer la ciudad es la peor decisión yo perdi 2 noches ya pagadas por que tuvimos que cambiarnos de hotel y buscar otro .... Pésima decision la mía y mala información sobre la ubicación

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to see you are upset about the Hotel being a long way from London's Big Ben. You would have seen this when booking so I am disappointed that you have rated us 2/5 because of our location which is very clear. We are however only 10 minutes from Gatwick airport. Cuesta un poco encontrarlo, y mas por la noche, ya que esta bastante alejado de todo, pero el hotel en su esta completamente nuevo, las habitaciones son nuevas y muy cómodas

It won’t affect all guests but it was not possible to obtain a vegan/vegetarian sandwich at lunchtime our second choice was for the tomato soup but that is only available in the evening it was on the menu given to us! . Our vegan burger meal in the evening was nice.

We were disappointed upon arrival that we did not receive the room we had booked. Although we had reserved a king, we were put into a standard double with the comment that that is the rate we had paid. The room itself was nice. Newly renovated and clean but no power on either side of headboard. Although a nice property and hotel, we won’t return as there is no airport shuttle and cabs/Uber are expensive.

Surprisingly good hotel. We were not there for the airport but for a party in a nearby village. Really nice lobby, great bar and restaurant (which was not expected) and helpful, polite staff. Will book HI in the future.

Great hotel staff, clean, restaurant service poor
Fantastic service from the check in staff, unfortunately a couple of the staff in the restaurant/breakfast let the team down. Rooms were great! Parking £12 per night Breakfast £16 (not worth it, bacon like cardboard, sausages tasteless) Internet good 15 mins from Gatwick, 30 during rush hour.

Rooms clean, hotel good condition, however one of the reception staff was rude, we asked if we could have rooms together but the demale staff member didn't seem to want to help. We were given wrong directions to rooms as the hotel is labyrinth with poor signage to find rooms. Car parking was limited for disabled

Don't believe the price
They charge £12.50 for 1 nights parking, which, added to the cost of the room, makes it uncompetitive for the area. The extractor fan in the bathroom runs continuously. Breakfast is included. It was ok but the hot food wasn't!

Nice rooms and good quality beds excellent sleep. Nice clean bathroom even have a none slip rubber mat in the bath/shower. Reception staff very amiable and the restaurant was nice and relaxing with a decent menu, enjoyed it

The most impressive aspect of our stay was the superb and positive staff team. Excellent service, they made us feel very welcome and interacted positively and sensitively to the various visitors who had Down Syndrome who were competing in a local swimming competition. The food was excellent and the hotel very clean and organised.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were all very warm, friendly & helpful. The only reasons for the 4 star was that the fridge didnt go cold & the parking was a bit steep as i met my partner there which meant we ended up paying for parking twice. Other than that it was lovely and i would definitely stay again.
