Excelente servicio. Viajo mucho y es el primer hotel que e. La entrada te dan tus llaves sin necesidad de ir al chek in. El hotel estaba lleno y nunca esperamos ni medio minuto para que llegara un elevador, excelente comida y atención

Excelente Hotel 5 estrellas
El Hotel está muy Bonito digno de un 5 estrellas las amenidades de las habitaciones son de gran calidad la cama era bastante Blanda x lo k no me acomoda la atención de todo el personal es de primera la jubilación del hotel exactamente donde terminas de bajar la montaña sin duda REGRESARÍAMOS

We loved the place itself! The staff was nice and helpful, our room was amazing with an breathtaking view, great amenities ( personalized) also, we enjoyed visiting the peak to peak gondola which is very convenient next to the hotel. Thank you for such a great experience.

The lounge was great with the live music and our waitress was amazing. Check in was a bit of a wait as only two people were at the counter. This was surprising on a Saturday. Once at the counter, service was great. Getting an order in in the pool area was slow as there were only 1-2 people to assist. We likely would have had another drink. The staff was still very good once they got to you.

Very nice property and incredibly convenient especially if you rent gear through them. Unfortunately the room next door was easily heard, and the Portobello restaurant was inconsistent when allowing alcoholic beverages to be brought up to the room. Also didn’t expect the $40 tax and resort fee upon check out either, but that may have been in the fine print. I’d stay here again for the food, cleanliness and convenience though.
