Xi'an increible ciudad
En general bien.El hotel se ve nuevo y limpio, tiene cocineta y a unos pasos hay supermercado. Se dificulta la comunicación; el personal no habla mucho inglès. No se puede cambiar divisas en el hotel y casi no aceptan tarjeta de credito extranjera en la ciudad. Mas sin embargo el hotel si acepta y se encuentra a una cuadra del banco.

Mi mejor hotel en China
Ha sido el mejor hotel en el que me he alojado en todo mi viaje por China. En realidad se trata de un apart-hotel, con una cocina pequeña dentro de la habitación pero completísima, lo que te permite organizar alguna comida prescindiendo de ir por los restaurantes (algun desayuno o cena, por ejemplo). Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas, la habitación sin lujos pero muy funcional y nueva, la cama MUY cómoda (por fin, una cama que no es dura en China!), el baño muy limpio. El trato en recepción fue muy correcto, destacaría que no hablan apenas inglés pero al menos se esfuerzan por entenderte y te dan todo tipo de indicaciones aunque sea por señas, con mapas y anotándolo en un papel! Habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas del ruido de coches de la calle. Conexión wifi excelente, y gratis. La ubicación no es céntrica, pero está en una zona tranquila de la ciudad, con un supermercado pegado al mismo hotel y que dispone de todo. Igualmente la ubicación no fue problema, ya que en recepción nos indicaron perfectamente como moverse por Xi'an o qué buses tomar para ir a los principales lugares de interés turístico. El único punto en contra, aunque no es tampoco lo peor del mundo, es el desayuno que ofrecen en la planta baja. Es muy básico y pobre. Mucho mejor comprar cuatro cosas en el supermercado de al lado y prepararlo en un momento en la cocina de la habitación! De todos modos, hotel recomendable 100%!!

marvellous studio with an affordable price
I have no any complain about this hotel, opposite, they let me keep my room an extra time free of charge. It's a bit far from the most important places in Xi'an; however, staff is very friendly, what is odd in China generally speaking. The studio is very convenient if we consider that there is a large supermarket right next to the main gate. It has all modern conveniences so, for a couple, perfect. Summing up I strongly recommend it.

Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments

Convenient and comfortable
Though a bit dated the place looked clean and tidy, and as it was apartment style (including kitchen) also very convenient. Bed was very comfortable. Very convenient if you are visiting Jiaotong University.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location
Two night stay for a visit to Xian Jiaotong University, which is just a short 5 minute walks away from the hotel. To be honest I had not heard before of the "Citadines" properties, and my expectations for the stay were low ... How wrong was that! Check-in was very smooth and efficient, despite the usual paperwork required for foreigner- registration in Chinese hotels. The room was on a high floor with clean windows so that I enjoy the view, and the furnishings modern and comfortable. For just a 2 night stay I did not use any of the kitchen facilities, but it was nevertheless well equipped and I could easily imagine using this place for a longer stay if ever needed. Wifi was fast and east to connect to. Breakfast on the 6th floor was also a pleasant surprise - good coffee, cooked to order egg station, good selection of both western and Chinese food items, and friendly helpful staff. No question that this will be my first choice on any return trip to this area.

This hotel was good for business trip. I can recommend other business person. On the other hand, there is only few people who speak / hear English well. So, it needs to prepare translation system from your language to Chinese when someone will reserve this hotel.

Very nice hotel
The hotel is conveniently located, not far from a number of local attractions, including city wall. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but speaks very limited English. The breakfast was good. The room we stayed had a small kitchen, with all main appliances. The room and hotel in general is clean. The WiFi was slow. The hotel was not expensive, and our view is good for money.

Family vacation
Really nice hotel, I had two bedrooms two bath apartment, it was very clean and comfortable apartment. But I think the Expedia site was misleading. There are two same brand name hotels in Xi’an, one is in center city, one I stayed at 15 minuets away from the central city which is quite and less crowded from tourists. Expedia used the center city site characters to advertise the remote one, or at east didn’t specify the total information is based on the one in center city. When I chose my hotel in Xi’an, I was thinking close to center city, which close to lots of tourists sites. So based on the information Expedia provided, I booked the hotel I thought was in center city. ¥16-18 cheap taxi ride to center city was not too bad, I stayed a less crowded and quieter area which close to a University .

Good location,
Even though it was not in the city,subway and bus are close by and Vanguard grocery is next door. The laundry facility is very handy,so is the exercise room. But the bed can be more comfy.

キッチンがついているのが何かと助かります。食器類や鍋なども豊富に備わってます。電子レンジも。 すぐ近くにコンビニやサブウェイ、ケンタッキーなどがあり便利。果物などを売ってる屋台もあります。 また歩ける距離に大きな公園があって散歩におすすめです。ここに阿倍仲麻呂の記念碑があります。 部屋は綺麗でタオルも清潔感がありました。 バスタブが少し小さいのが唯一惜しいと思った点です。

COMFORTABLE, BUT.....
Checking in was a little exasperating as the staff spoke very little English, but we muddled through it. The Studio size was more than big enough, although the bathroom was small. It had a fully stocked kitchen(plates, cups, glasses, bowls, silverware, pots and pans), 2 burner stove, toaster, microwave, hot pot, and fridge with a freezer. The room was cleaned every day, and completely restocked with tea, coffee, and 2 large bottles of water. The ONLY thing I could really find fault with was the buffet breakfast served in the morning. Was NOT very good at all! Always the same every day. AND, they would only give you 1 FREE even if there were 2 in the room. The 2nd person had to pay for it! And you had to take one lift to the 6th floor, then change to ANOTHER one, and go DOWN to the 5th floor. Restaurants in the area were mostly ALL Chinese, with the people speaking VERY little or NO English. Although, there was one that was good, and the owner and MOST of the staff spoke English VERY well. Called SPR Coffee Giancomo's, it had a decent sized menu, and very generous portions. Prices not too bad either.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Clean and comfortable, can't ask for more when away from home. The room had all the ammmenities we would need. Is a little ways away from the sites but very still accessible via public transit.

Rooms Belie the Exterior
I had booked 3 x 1 br with kitchenettes. Received an upgrade to a 2 br suite with kitchen. Fantastic for our 6 person group. Rooms were excellent! Good location, renovations going on, breakfast a bit hit and miss. Staff friendly with limited English but communication for non Mandarin speaker is a challenge throughout Xian.

Tasokas ja siisti hotelli/huoneistohotelli keskustan tuntumassa. Taksilla, joita helppo saada kadulta, parilla eurolla minne vain hetkessä kaupunkialueella. Tilavat huoneet (itsellä huoneisto kolmelle: olohuone + 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta). Siisti, hyvä varustelu, ystävällinen ja avulias hlökunta. Englannin kielien taito tosin vain auttava, mutta hyvin selvittiin ja kaupungillahan ei juuri englantia puhuta ollenkaan. Lähellä riittävästi ravintoloita ja heti vieressä iso market. Hyvä hinta-, laatu ja sijaintisuhde.

可一家大細住
房間很大，很舒適。小孩有足夠空間玩樂，另近興慶宮公園，可帶孩子去遊玩。步行至地鐵只需15分鐘，樓下有華潤萬家，走15分鐘有walmart. The room are comfortable and big, kids can play. Thr hotel nearby the park can bring kids there. With big supermarket, walk 15 mins to MTR and Walmart.

Great Place to Stay in Xi'an
I spent two nights in this hotel for my business trip to Xi'an. Everything is up to standard from location, cleanliness, services, facilities and room conditions. There are a supermarket and many cafes and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business travellers.

Great hotel next to the park
I enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff was very helpful and the room was very spacious. The bus stop is close as well.

Hotel OK, ontbijt NOK
We verbleven 2 nachten in dit apart-hotel. Het personeel was to the point omdat hun engels waarschijnlijk beperkt was. De kamer was heel comfortabel en proper. Wel een kleine badkamer. Het hotel ligt een eind van het centrum en kan niet met de metro bereikt worden. Maar taxi's zijn niet duur in Xi'an. Het ontbijt was beperkt en vooral warm eten. Voor ons was dit niet zo lekker. Ook de koffie smaakte raar. We hebben maar 1X ontbijt genomen. Het hotel heeft zelf een uitstap geregeld naar het Terracotta-leger ongeveer 45km verder (500 Yang voor de taxi en de chauffeur wacht tijdens het bezoek). Het was een leuk apart-hotel maar volgende keer zouden we wel iets dichter bij het centrum kiezen.
