La ubicacion del hotel es muy buea asi como el servicio, el wifi en la habitaciones es malo y no me dieron la habitacion que contrate con ustedes.

シェラトンにしては？
他の国のシェラトンと比べると質はおちます。到着時に出迎えはなく、全体的に暗い感じでした。スタッフにもあまり笑顔がありません。(お国がらでしょうか？) また、車椅子を借りた際　ブレーキも足を乗せるところも　潰れており変更をお願いしましたが「これしかない」のみでした。 良い点として、部屋に関しては快適で凄くよかったです。また、早朝のチェックアウトだったので、ランチボックスを頼みましたが、快くよく用意してくれました。

Friendly hotel with a handy location
We had a wonderful time at the hotel celebrating our grand daughter 100 days old. Had an upgrade to the executive apartment which was enormous. The Chinese restaurant is one of the best in Xi’an. Highly recommended is their signature deep fried flounder dish. The decoration of the fish was a piece of art. Would stay there again next time when we visit Xi’an
