Realmente malo. Habitación sucia en extremo y muy mal cuidada, el mantenimiento, peor.

Of the 6 days i stayed, there was bo running water in the taps on 3 mornings. WiFi in the room was very bad. No eggs availabel for breakfast. A/c didn’t work one night and the hotel couldn't provide any fan. Terrible on all fronts. AVOID.

The reservation process needs to be reviewed: for a second time this year, I arrived only to find out that they did not have my reservation. Apparently, according to the property, reservations are not transmitted to them in a timely manner. Let’s work on this Expedia, so we can avoid the embarrassment of arriving and being told that they do not have our room!

Nice location, with great proximity the the city center. Great breakfast buffet. The facility needs upgrades to fix the amenities in the room such as chairs, bathroom. Also needs to had little things like shampoo, more towels, the fridge could at least have a bottle of water.

Le personnel impoli et pas incompréhensif envers les clients. chambre pas bien éclairé et rien n'a été fait malgré les problèmes que j'ai remontés.

très bonne situation dans Yaoundé, personnel très agréable et serviable, grande chambre, buffet petit déjeuner copieux et bon avec des mets locaux et européens.. J'ai regretté l'absence de navette gratuite pour l'aéroport, le fait que la piscine soit extérieure à l’hôtel et ouverte au public, et l'absence de jus de fruit au petit déjeuner.

Horrible
I had a horrible experience staying at this facility. I got bitten by mosquitoes and they give me a palm wine that was made with tapwater. These two aspect caused me to have malaria and typhoid. I spent over $2000 treating myself. This is a horrible hotel. I need my refund.

Infested with Mosquitoes. Dirty hotel.

Customer service
Customer service does not exist. Art infancy in welcoming customers no courtesy or notion of respect when responding to client. Even it is a government facilities it should be on Expedia list

Horrible on the part of hotels.com and this Hotel.
Hotels.com Should immediately stop booking people at this crazy hotel. I Arrived at the hotel just to be told that there was no room for me even after I fully paid hotels.com for my booking. I need my immediate and full refund and a free night through hotels.com for this unfortunate situation. This is so wrong of hotels.com to be dealing with such a horrible hotel. How can I book and pay for my hotel room just to get there to find out that there are no rooms available at the hotel? Please process my refund pay me a penalty immediately to compensate me for my wasred time. I ended up paying a higher amount at another hotel plus extra transports ion cost after a very long flight to get to this country.

Piscine sale et polluée, les cocktails alcoolisés ne sont pas à la hauteur, la carte du restaurant est trop restreinte, personnel pas assez formé.....

Worthy of Consideration
By central African standards,. this hotel was nice. By U.S. Standards, it is probably a 1 to 1 1/2 star hotel. Like many African hotels, it needs to be updated and refreshed. I had three service calls while I was there (normally I have no service calls). All were answered promptly. The solutions were not always 100% satisfactory. The two lights over the sink would not work. They came to fix that. When they left, one of the two lights over the sink worked. Why not both???? The food selection was limited. The menu had many items listed that were not available any time during the six days I was there. By U.S. standards that would have been unacceptable but it was totally consistent with other hotels in Cameroon. The bottom line is adjust your expectations. For example, the water went off several times. It was not the fault of the hotel - the city was running out of water and they shut it off. But when you have just lathered up in the shower and it happens, it is inconvenient. The carpet in the room was worn - but not as worn as in many of the other hotels I've stayed in in Africa. At the end of the day, it is probably still one of the better choices of places to stay in Yaounde..

Horrible hotel
I paid for air conditioning, wifi, breakfast and most important to me, a pool. They put in a room that they knew the air conditioner didn't work and didn't fix it until the third night. Even then it only went off or on when the room card was in the slot. The wifi only worked 1/4 of the time and never 5 minutes in a row. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was not clean, rarely open and the pool guy kept demanding thar I give him my small personal fan. Give Me That! He was a big guy but I did not give it to him. In the afternoons the pool was public which was overcrowded chaos. The last day, closed all day. Reception refused to speak one word of English or speak French slow enough for me to grasp. The cleaning and restaurant staff all spoke some English.

Best experience of any hotel I have ever checked in in Cameroon. Friendly personnel at all levels. Quick response to service calls. Affordable bar and restaurant. Quiet and secure. Best value for the price. This will be my stay location in Yaounde from now on and until I find a unlikely better value.

Unimpressive Hotel
Well the rooms are not too bad but the cleanliness of the hotel especially the reception is unbearable. The hotel uses a very old method of record keeping which is time consuming. If you are English speaking, communication will be so difficult. The hotel needs to benchmark with other hotels to see how things are done in these current days. Honestly, it does not offer value for money.

Ziemlich runtergekommen
Der Hotelzustand war unbefriedigend und den relativ hohen Preis nicht wert. Zunächst worde uns ein Doppelzimmer statt der gebuchten Juniorsweet angeboten. Erst auf Reklamation bekamen wir den gebuchten Zimmertyp, aber in sehr verwahrlostem Zustand und mit einem Doppelbett anstatt der gebuchten Twinbetten. Die AC vesagte, da die Sicherung immer wieder herausflog. Den Pool möchte man wirklich nicht nutzen.Mehr als eine Enttäuschung.

Not worth the money
I think the hotel serves its purpose as accommodation, but its not value for money in comparison to smaller hotels around Youande. I've stayed in other hotels that were cleaner, had better service and more focus on the customer. At Deputes you feel like you are almost doing them a favor. The first time I was booked at this hotel 2 weeks in advance only to arrive at their front desk after 24 hours of flights being told "sorry you cant stay here, government is having a conference in Youande and there is no accommodation available". This was after we paid and confirmed. The last time I stayed there the room was in a state of neglect. There was no glasses not even a kettle for coffee (which you find at the small hotels). The fridge was so dirty it looked like someone slaughtered a pig in there. Off the 4 nights I was staying there 2 of them I had to eat in my room because they had functions on in the dining area. You really get the idea that the hotels focus is making money and not the customer. Like I said if its the only place you can get accommodation go for it, but if you want service and value for money, rather go with some other names.

hôtel idéal pour quelques jours à YAOUNDE
joli cadre autour de l'hôtel, personnel accueillant et serviable. un hôtel où l'on se sent en sécurité. proche du centre ville et des administrations. les chambres sont modernes (manque de finition, dommage!) et équipées de meubles et matériels "dernière génération". Le prix de la chambre est un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation.

Bon Hotel à Yaoundé
Avec sa terrasse située en face de la résidence du premier ministre cet Hotel est idéalement placé à Yaoundé . Les chambres ont un peu vécu mais restent propres. La climatisation est fonctionnel. Le personnel est sérieux et le buffet du petit déjeuner grandiose vous pouvez manger tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer. La patronne est aussi très accueillante comme tous les Camerounais. A noter l'Hôtel est en pleine rénovation son salon est de grande classe.
