Avoid this hotel
Everyday very strong solvent odor in rooms. Changed rooms 2 times and all 3 rooms had a very bad solvent odor during the day. !7th floor, 15th floor and 13th floor all very bad. Internet was very poor . Safe in the room saw not functional. Very bad hotel. I would never make reservations in this hotel again.

原來酒店內部裝修, 很多設施停了, 例如:泳池...。接受訂房時又沒有說明。 如果不想得失客人, 建議客人到步登記入住時, 起碼當面向客人說明及給予少少優惠. 至少讓客人少一點貨不對樣板的觀感!

衛生情況10分差，電視機全是雪花，空調溫度不能調整，
本來訂了一張大床，不吸煙房間，結果發現是雙床房，還是吸煙房，感覺十分不好，前台員工服務態度不佳，差差差。

怡景湾酒店对网络订房搞双重标准
首先不是海景房，房子在背对海的一面；订的是双人房，却只给一个早餐。

Small room and unfriendly staff
The room was a bit small, would expect a bigger room for a 4 stars hotel. Tried to call a few times asking for information, however, the hotel staff were not very helpful, I felt like I had been bothering them too much!!!

Nice hotel staff speak good english
Nice rooms that are clean and well maintained staff are very friendly and English is not a problem. Buffet breakfast is OK however when a buffet item runs out it is not replenished so be early, coffee is good . Not a lot of entertainment or restaurants nearby be prepared to travel about 5 - 10 minutes in a taxi Close to a great Irish bar Coneelys good value full of ex pats however food is a little below par Bar street is just a close

Some what dissatisfied
I had to stay here for business travel. I wanted to change my hotel stay by a day and the hotel staff were not prepared to help at all. The food at the restaurant was not the best either. The room was rather small and had a weird odor, probably a mix of old carpets and smoke (even though i was put on the 11th floor - the 'healthy floor') I would not recommend any one stay at Harborview. A better hotel, where my co-worker ended up staying, would be 'harbor bay hotel' which is not that far and has better service.

If you are a regular business traveler, I would not stay in this hotel. Damp, outdated, and not super clean.

Hotel is out side the down town, perfect if you want to relax!! nice beach 100 meters away. Rooms are ok. not anymore the newest but comfortable. Will stay again for relax days out of the busy city!

Harbourview
Front desk staff was great. Buriness center left a lot to be desired! The restaurant staff were great at greeting you, but you really have to work at getting waiting staff to your table after you have ordered! Breakfast never started on time! normally 15 to 30 minutes late to get everything out. Dinner buffet you have to time perfectly. If you are there too early you get the meat all very rare, and too late you will get the final pickings, if anything is left. If they put more out you have to wait a half an hour before it is cooked past very rare!

Hotellet var fint nok. De var ved at renovere, hvilket betød at det første værelse vi fik ikke havde den udsigt vi havde bestilt. Vinduet var sjasket og plettet til med maling, så vores havudsigt var ikke særlig god. Vi bad så om at blive flyttet til et andet værelse. Det var dog til et rygerværelse. Vi blev der natten over, men dagen efter bad vi om at blive flyttet igen. Lugten var simpelthen for meget. Vi endte endelig den sidste nat i et ikke ryger værelse med havudsigt.

除了海，舒適房間，甚麼都沒有
個人認為絕對不值這個價錢，酒店在裝修，整個大堂都見到包著報紙的柱，泳池簡直亂到不堪入目，要行過一堆亂七八糟爛掉的防滑墊才能到達，這是明顯的管理問題...房間的設備還可以，床很舒適，地方也乾淨，設備足夠，至於無敵海景就是意料之內。 由Deluxe room sea view，upgrade到商務樓層，我不清楚有多大分別，不過我從未試過訂酒店時選擇連早餐，而酒店表示房價只"送"一位早餐，另外那位要多付60元，這是甚麼政策？酒店外很難找到像樣的食市，週邊配套可以說是非常不濟。至於酒店的服務人員，質數頗為參差，要看你的運氣...

A nice place to stay, but starting to diminish
I've stayed here a few times, and have always been happy, but this time, I've noticed that the place was starting to diminish. While the lobby always smelled a little musty (after all, Zhuhai is very warm and humid, it;s expected), the rooms didn't smell musty at all- this time it did. Also, they were doing a lot of painting and sanding in the lobby...you would think they would do it during the night, but they were doing it during the day and I had to carry my small daughter through clouds of dust. The restaurant also has diminished, food was not replenished quickly, and the service was slow, and sometimes not available. Too bad to see a hotel diminish like this.

Not bad, but not 4.5 stars
Good location, next to the beach, within walking distance or short taxi ride of many places of interest. The room itself was nothing to write home about, but it was decent. The biggest problem was that the room smelled musty due to what was probably mold in the air conditioning system (as the musty smell diminished when we turned off the AC).

Harbourview
Harbourview is in a good location near the beach. It's a taxi ride to the shopping areas but taxis are very cheap and the hotel staff are great at finding a taxi for you. They will also write any destination in Chinese characters for your taxi driver. Our room was very comfortable and the sea view was great although the bed was quite hard! the staff were friendly and helpful and overall it's a good quality hotel. Our only complaint was that we had to pay extra for a second breakfast, the inclusive breakfast rate is only for one person! Make sure that you check out the Sands bar across the road. It's hidden away next to the beach and not visible from the road!

Zhuhai business trip
Hotel was well situated with large luxurious rooms, truly 5 star. Buffet in the Cafe was not very good, mostly because the food seemed to have been out on the line quite awhile and so became overcooked and mushy. I would return.

A nice hotel
When you first enter the Harbourview Hotel, you think that maybe you might have made a mistake. The entrance and lobby are a little dated, and there is a strong smell of mildew- but remember this is Zhuhai, and it is very hot there and with high humidity, a musty smell is very hard to avoid in this city anyway.....but after going to the room, there was no smell of mildew, the rooms were immaculate, clean, up-dated, and spacious. Outside the room is a beautiful view of the water. Great restaurant also. Will stay here again.

海に近くリゾートにふさわしいホテルでした。
とてもすてきなホテルで満足です。 お部屋も清潔です。 スタッフの方々も親切です。特に ベルボーイの方々は気配りがすばらしいです。 荷物をもっていますとすぐに来てくれます。 ゆっくり滞在型の方におすすめします。
