Hotel bien situado del centro.
Al principio te ves deshubicado, pero esta a 800 metros de la estación central, a 50 metros de la estación del tranvia, por detras del hotel tienes otro lago donde la gente hace las veces de playa para nadar y darse un baño.

Un par de noches en Suiza
Bueno, mi comentario espero que ayude a elegir la posibilidad de alojarse o no en este hotel. Se supone que es de 3 estrellas y la verdad que no me lo pareció, la recepción muy chica y junto al mostrador varios sillones llenos de gente, no sabia porque, hasta que pedí la clave del wifi, y solo hay wifi gratis en recepción. Al subir a la habitación veo por el pasillo que hay serviccios comunes, así que si elegís quedaros asegúrate de que la habitación tiene servicio individual, por lo menos a mi me gusta ducharme tranquilo y no como en la mili.... Una vez dentro de la habitación, pues un poco decepcionante, no hay aire acondicionado, y me comenta gente del país que solo los hoteles de lujo lo suelen tener ya que ahí se lucha contra el frío, y cuando yo llegué Hacia más de 30*. Otra cosa esta TV, era de la prehistoria, un tocho que daba miedo ponerse debajo vaya a ser que se cayese y matara a alguien... No la llegue a usar pero la verdad que me gusta que tenga una TV moderna, la sensación era de que todo es antiguo, por lo demás que decir, que esta dentro de la calidad precio, y la ubicación pues el casco antiguo, a 5 min tienes muchísimos restaurantes y la parada del tren a poco más.

Hotel X-tra de Zurich: comodidad sin lujos
Hotel sin lujos, pero correcto y cómodo. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y son bastante grandes.

For $170 a night it's a pretty junky place. I get that Zurich is expensive, but this place is pretty run down and dingy. Reasonably clean, but I wouldn't stay there again.

No air conditioning
No air conditioning is still fine in October , no idea in summer ! Open window with ring bell every 15 minutes by the clock house 3 stations from main railway station by S4 ,S13,S17 . short stay is fine, price is reasonable in Switzerland living standard. Hong Kong style restaurant is near by. Boiler, coffee and tea have provided in the room , refreightor and fan available , socket type fit with EU type ( o o ) narrow one

It is a very conveniently located hotel, just 1 min from the Limmatplatz tram stop and two stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy. the price was very good.

I liked you could open the windows(not all hotels have that) I did not like to hear the bells from the church nearby in the middle of the night but that is not the hotels fault

This hotel room was small, but clean. We were only staying for one night before heading to the airport the next morning so it was perfect for us, but I'm not sure if it's spacious enough fit a longer stay. Overall though, we were very pleased with the location and general condition of the room.

Please keep in mind: we are only a 3*Hotel ... and many hotels do not provide exclusive toilet articles anymore. Since we still have smoking rooms (yes, there are still smokers on this world), the smoking was allowed. And as a city hotel it unfortunately can happen, that there is traffic on the street which might cause noise. Regarding the missing AC we apologize - but we never had or published it. Kind regards

The staff was sooo helpful at check in and when we had questions about the area, the trams and the things to do. We contacted them late in the evening for additional bedding and they responded cordially and quickly. The hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. The three of us were delighted with the staff upon arrival and during our stay. We will go out of our way to book this hotel on our next stay in Zurich. Very highly recommend.

Wir würden dieses Hotel nie mehr buchen. Wir versuchten das Anliegen mit dem Hotel direkt zu regeln - wurden aber nicht angehört. Meinem Freund wurde gesagt das Hotel sei für 2 Nächte gebucht und die zweite Nacht würde im Falle eines Check-outs verfallen. Danach musste er dann aber trotzdem für eine 2 Nacht bezahlen (einen erhöhten Preis.....)

We went during the dreaded heat wave and they had no A/C. Not their fault it was so hot, but, be warned there is no A/C in rooms. They gave us a fan, but, still a VERY hot night.

We apologise for the inconveniences - but if you read BEFOREhand the information about the hotel, you could have seen, that we never had A/C at all! And the amenities always depend on the booking for which room was chosen. So always read first and then book (to avoid blaming someone else).

Simple but clean hotel
Enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The service was good, the room was clean and was well equipped. I even could check in before noon. Will come back. its in decent distance to the railway station.

Firstly, I very much like the fact that the hotel is so near and easy to get to from the airport. Secondly, it has a variety of trams that pass by and thirdly it is very close to shops and amenities.
