Deficiencies in client management
First of all, the hotel quoted me a rate over the phone and the day after, they called me saying one of their employees made a mistake and increased the rate by 75CHF/ night, even more expensive than what I had in hotels.com. Their commitment with clients is quite weak. The hotel has no room service.

Cool hotel, recomended for short stay.
Excellent stay, close enough to train station and city center. The room was nice although slightly oddly arranged as you have everything together, shower and sleeping area separated by a curtain (definitely a room to go with your partner!). The bed was very comfortable, not much room for luggage or hanging clothes. Spa facilities could be a bit better, there are only 3 rest chairs and the music was a bit too loud if you want to relax, but I suppose it goes with the cool/hip approach the hotel has. Middle eastern food in the restaurant was delicious, perhaps the bar could serve something different, in the evening we ordered a burger that was nice but tasted much like what we had for lunch. Excellent breakfast!

Great location in Langstrasse! This is exactly what I was looking for. Close to the social nightlife, walkable everywhere, friendly staff, bar in the hotel that gets hopping at night. Restaurant Neni in the hotel as well!

I stayed at this property a few times, overall love the location and closeness to train station, however the street has a lot of bars and tends to be super noisy when you have a room facing street.

Pros: good walkable location. Nice size and nicely designed room. Cons: My room on the 7th floor was unbelievably hot (in February). The temperature control does nothing; I had the window open during the days and a fan on, but at night due to traffic noise it was necessary to close the window. With the window closed, it quickly gets stuffy and very hot with no air circulation. I was also locked out of my room twice on the morning of checkout which was profoundly irritating. Staff are a mixed bag. Not asked how my stay was as i was leaving so no chance to give feedback in person.

Super ambiance friendly et festive dans l’hôtel le samedi soir. Accueil et staff au top! La chambre était super avec beaucoup de place et très moderne. Hôtel très bien insonorisé malgré qu’il soit à côté des rails de chemin de fer. On entend absolument aucun train! :) on reviendra.

This hotel is for people who likes to party and is located near the red light district in Zurich. Felt unsafe walking back hotel at night, always a bunch of druggies or weird looking people. Even a strip club at the corner. Not my kinda place. Friday night party noises to the max. Room very dimly lighted. Not suitable for us in our 40s. Lotsa broken bottles and glasses along the street after a night of party. It’s quite a long walk to the Zurich HB also. I booked a large room, it’s was large but my room has no view. Very disappointed. No daily room service and have to ala carte ask for room service. Troublesome and they missed out of things that I need. For the same price, I would recommend living somewhere in the Zurich main town area. I’m not sure what’s the rave about the reviews, guess it’s just not suitable for people like me who prefers safer and quieter hotel

super zentral, und super trendig
Ich bin grundsätzlich ein Fan von den 25hours Hotel concepts und auch das in Zürich an der Langstrasse überzeugt (am besten hat mir bis jetzt Florenz gefallen). Hier muss man sich einfach bewusst sein, dass man die Züge gut hört, ich hatte ein Zimmer im 6. Stock und die Aussicht genossen. Das Hotel ist auch sehr hundefreundlich und offeriert nebst Fressnapf auch ein super grosses Kissen für den Vierbeiner - top! Das Service-Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Mir war es etwas zu kalt im Zimmer und ich bekam ein kleines Öfelein. Allerdings empfinde ich die Annehmlichkeiten in der tiefsten Zimmerkategorie nicht diejenigen eines 4Sterne Hotels. Was ich auch nicht so toll fand, war dass die der kleine Sauna-Bereich zusammen mit dem Gym im gleichen Raum ist, die Musik ist zu laut/poppig und da die Sauna textillos ist, die Sportler aber angezogen sind, passt das meiner Meinung nach zusammen. Alles in allem aber ein super Aufenthalt und super zentral!

Bereits nicht zum ersten Mal im Hotel, wegen Nähe zu Bahnhof und gleichzeitig vielen anderen Einkauf-, Essen-, und Ausgsngsmöglichkeiten. Diesmal gab es Probleme im Zimmer, das Personal hat aber sofort es gelöst mit einem anderen Zimmer und Frühstück offeriert. Frühstück ist sehr gut und weiterzuempfehlen!

Hotel offers plenty of amenities, has a nice sized and functional bedroom. Courteous staff and quick to respond to requests for the room. The location of the hotel is most appreciated. Walking distance from the train station and to most tourist places. No need for airport transfers as there is a train from the airport terminal to the main train terminal - vice-versa. There are also nice places to eat and drink around the hotel but no need to go far as the hotel has a lively bar and cozy restaurant.

Loved how clean the room was! Very comfortable stay, especially the bed/mattress was perfectly firm and comfy. People at the reception desk were super friendly and nice too! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zurich!
