No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, condiciones de la propiedad y comodidad de las habitaciones
verguenza ajena
Hay que tener muy poca delicadeza por decir algo, para que una persona no pueda legar al hotel por enfermedad y le cobren los 2 dias sin estar en la habitacion y sin ni siquiera contestar a los mensajes enviados. Son una verguenza de horel !

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, la limpieza es impecable , lo único es que las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas .En general el hotel muy correcto y el personal muy servicial .

excelente ubicación y habitaciones amplias
es muy buen hotel, las condiciones en general son buenas y la ubicación es excepcional, me toco una habitación con vista al canal y la vista era increíble, la habitación es de muy buen tamaño, la habitación que me toco tenia un escritorio, una mesa para alimentos, un sillón y una cafetera de nespresso engerneral me gusto y lo mejor es que estas enfrente de la estación del metro, te puedes mover a donde quieras y tienes muchos restaurantes y tiendas tienen un bar con piano para tomar una buena copa

Repetiría sin duda. Nos colocaron en una suite con vistas al río que nos encantó. Cámada muy cómoda. Baño limpio. Todo moderno...caro pero al estilo de Suiza. Comparado con los precios de otros hoteles de misma categoría el más económico

Limpio y práctico
El hotel está bien, personal en recepción muy atentos. Cafetería del bar muy mala, sirven mal y se come feo. Pedí al camarero me calentara un apple pie, se lo llevaron y no me lo trajeron más y lo que pasó fue que el camarero se tenía que ir y se fue sin pedir que me lo llevaran. Se lo he reclamado y encima tenía el la razón, se enfadó. En fin, muy mal servicio.

Loved this hotel. Very old but clean and renovated. Great front desk help and wonderful complimentary upgrade. Enjoyed the location as it was a 5 minute walk to the train station. Very close to great restaurants and old town, walkable to everything. Definitely recommend!

Central plaza is a great location for center of old town Zurich so much to do the staff at the hotel was excellent right down to the bartender in central 1 very personable I would not hesitate to stay here next time in Zurich would be my first choice

My favorite hotel
This is always my go to hotel when I'm visiting Zürich. They have a very friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The best part, however, is the location!

Big Hotel with Easy Access
Great location and restaurants within walking distance. English speaking staff was wonderful. Very friendly staff. Loved that I could open my window although very loud in heart of city. Hotel restaurant was okay but not great. Very close to Zurich HBF. I had no issues with my reservation or requests. I definitely would stay here again.
