This home on the South Hill of Spokane was wonderful! We were in the area for my daughters graduation from Whitworth. It was a wonderful space to relax, hang out, and spend time with the new grad. It was very clean and the theatre room got plenty of use too. The South Hill area of Spokane is my go to for vacation rentals when coming to the area because of the quaint neighborhoods. Definitely the area to stay when visiting Spokane as there is not a lot available on the north side of Spokane. And if you're looking for a large home with plenty of space for guests...this is the place to book. Would love to stay here again in the future!

We had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our wishes are a later checkout and sharper knives. Other than that, kitchen was well stocked and we truly appreciated the bottle of wine left for us. And watching a movie downstairs was a highlight! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Kitchen very well stocked which we loved because we cook for ourselves. Coffee station was over the top! Instapot, soup pots, hot pot, lots of silverware, nice dishwasher and stove/oven, lots of counterspace to create a serving bar for meals. Extra folding chairs, barstools, accommodated us all. Beds were all really comfortable, and the movie room is AMAZING!

We had our extended family of 7 stay there over Thanksgiving. The house was in excellent shape and had everything we needed. The house was spacious and accommodated our family perfectly with everyone having their own room. We had 10 people for dinner one night and the space was perfect. We were there to visit our daughter at Gonzaga and the location was very convenient to campus and the downtown/Kendall Yards restaurants we would definitely recommend this house.

Everything was great. Well stocked and clean. Good communication. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because we were not able to get a confirmation (except to add a night to our stay) for any version (hourly rate or free) of a late checkout

We were in town for our nephew’s wedding. This large home was well appointed with high end finishes and a large kitchen, movie theatre seating for 6 + bean bags with surround sound and minutes to downtown Spokane. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

We have been having an annual golf outing for the past 36 years and have stayed in many houses in various locations. This was among the best that we have stayed in anywhere and by far the best we have found in Spokane. The theater room was well used and the kitchen well appointed and functional for a large group. We plan to stay here again next year.

We enjoyed our stay here for our Son's wedding weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was perfect! Close to town and the airport. We could even walk to a cute little coffee shop/bakery a few blocks away.

My family came from all over for my daughters wedding. We were so pleased with the size of the house and ALL of it's amenities! So close to downtown and the airport! I highly recommend especially if you have a larger group. It is so spacious! Thank you so much!

The property was the perfect place for our group of 7. The house has been upgraded is very usable. It has a well furnished kitchen which made cooking simple. There we plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to share. The communications with the owner and Mgmt Company was excellent and they were very accommodating on all my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

This house is exactly as advertised. The communication was easy. The house was well appointed, extensively stocked kitchen, theatre and foos ball super fun, and our overall stay was top notch.

The location to downtown was perfect and the house had everything we needed. The theater room was great for movies and accommodated our family of 7. The neighborhood was quiet but convenient to both the Perry district and downtown.

Location was perfect. Quick in and out to the downtown area without the noise and traffic. The house was large. All 5 bedrooms were functional (as most published 5 bedrooms usually aren’t so this was a relief.) Good amenities throughout the house, kitchen, back yard patio. Great place. We’d stay here in the future for sure.

The house is very large with plenty of space for a large family. Location is also perfect; 5 minutes to freeway and downtown. Plenty of hot water for showers!!! Grocery store 2 minuets away. The host was responsive and very accommodating. We had my 80+ years old parents with us and they loved it also. Recommend this place!
