“It was a cute and clean place. It seemed to be run down a tad, but nothing horrible. There was a lamp that was hanging on by it’s wires, the coffee grinder didn’t work, and there was a fence open in the back yard that was full of weeds and trash, which was unappealing and interesting. Air filter for the a/c was noticeably dirty and not cleaned.Overall it was decent and nothing bad, just needs some attention.”
