The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was closed but there were options to get dinner in the bar. The room was a bit tired but everything was clean

Lovely stay at Hunton Park, stunning grounds, beautiful rooms and lovely area. The staff were all so lovely, from the ladies who clean to the staff at breakfast or the staff at the reception, all friendly and so helpful! Look forward to staying again in the future.

This is very well located hotel for Harry Potter world. The hotel inside is rather tired looking and in much need of a lick of paint and new upholstery. The kitchen was under refurb? so the food was limited. I ordered a brown bread chicken and sun-dried tomato sandwich, it arrived as white bread when i queried it I was told there was no brown bread left and offered a drink on the house as compensation (nice) but I later found out by asking the morning staff during breakfast there had be no shortage of brown bread. I concluded they couldn't be bothered to remake my sandwich. The staff were always polite and friendly especially the male receptionist.

We had a lovely stay at Hunton Park hotel. A 5 minute drive to The Harry Potter Studios which made the whole trip really convenient and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was lovely with a good range of options to suit all needs. The highlight was the pool and we were happy that we were able to access it despite the signage suggesting there were swimming lessons taking place. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

My stay here was fantastic and Hunton Park has the BEST staff! On my second night, I faced complications with the sink in the bathroom. The receptionist personally assisted with the sink and offered to move me to a new room down the hall. I faced the same issue in the next room and the receptionist was right there to assist. The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate and upgrade my new room at no charge to me. All the staff members I met were fantastic and so kind. My stay was great! They go above and beyond!

The staff were very helpful had an issue with are room and they were quick to try and sort it. The staff were very friendly. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews for this hotel but I would defo stay here again there is no negativity coming from me also the beds were very comfy. 😊

I did not like the fact that I paid £41 for a simple bottle of white wine. I thought this was well over the odds. The Hotel itself was lovely in an ideallic setting and the staff were quite helpful albeit stressed as the Hotel was clearly overbooked judging by their conversations.

Not worth the money. Would not stay again.
Not worth the money at all. Swimming pool closed for lessons when you want to use it- why advertise that it has a pool when you can barely use it except after 7pm? No fridge in room. You're not in the main Manor house as indicated here- instead you're in a back area/side building. Walls everywhere needed a re paint, the place looked very tired. Only 2 coffee satchets in the stand so had to go off and find member of staff for more. No attention to detail and no customer focus or consideration.

Good stay beside minor details.
Very lovely and helpful staff, room was good. Only issues were some stains on the bedsheet, shower head seemed I'll fitted and not hot enough and the bathroom door was eroded at the bottom due to probable water damage. But I would definitely stay again, amazing views and the room looks very fancy, hotel itself felt high end.

Distinctly underwhelmed
Dinner and room were fine. Bit strange to have to go to the bar to get drinks when we were having dinner at a table (after we'd had to ask to be sat at a proper table and not on a sofa!) Wasn't able to access the swimming pool and staff not overly helpful when I tried to have it opened so gave up on swimming. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee unpalatable and the most solid egg yolks i've ever come across! Sausages and toast good!

I am sorry that you could not get into the swimming pool, we do put this on a code system to ensure health and safety of this area so we all know who is swimming when. I am sorry you felt the reception staff were unhelpful I have spoken to the team involved and explained your feedback and the importance of paying our valued guests the upmost attention. I have spoken to the kitchen team about breakfast as this should always be fresh and clearly the eggs had been out some time.Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, we are sorry that so many aspects of your stay failed to meet your expectations and that we failed to provided good value for money. Not quite as advertised
Looked amazing from the photos but the rooms were less than impressive - bathrooms not cleaned properly, marks on walls and floors, walls very thin, leak stains on roof, broken guttering dripping all night, lights not working around bed, housekeeping staff chatting outside the room at 7am waking people up. Poor lighting in car park. Location good and staff pleasant however. Avoided breakfast as too expensive. When I check in, do I really need to sign in 6 places on the same form?

Customer feedback is important to us as we use it to measure our strengths and weaknesses, we are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay recently.I have spoken to the housekeeping team about the bathroom not been cleaned properly and have instructed some additional training to the cleaner involved. The whole team have also been spoken to about noise in eth corridor in early mornings as they should not be disturbing our guests, apologies for this.We are sorry that so many aspects of your stay failed to meet your expectations and that we failed to provided good value for money.
