Excellent value for money
This is a nice bed and breakfast in a good location. Easy parking outside and short walk for bus or train services. Breakfast offered an excellent selection and the host was very welcoming.

Das Frühstück bietet viel Auswahl. Alles verpackt. Kaffee gibt es nur löslichen. Wurst und Käse fehlen ganz. Sehr lieblos.

The bed in room 5 was extremely uncomfortable with burst springs and I found it impossible to sleep on it. This was a total let down given the rest of the property was clean and well presented.

Very welcoming and communicative host. Everything was well prepared for us. The host gave us useful information for things to do. We slept very well. We would recommend this guesthouse. When in Aberdeen, we will certainly book here again.

It was a very good night I have spent at Granville with very helpful staff ,clean and tidy rooms,only one thing I have noticed that shower wasn’t working,as I didn’t have enough time so I didn’t approach anyone to sort it out for me,

Extremely warm, friendly, helpful host. Arranged a ground floor room with ensuite on our second day without prompting as he became aware of our mobility problems. All facilities and rooms were immaculately clean. Inclusive breakfast was everything we needed. Excellent service all round. 5* PLUS.

Enkelt, typiskt brittiskt hus med bra läge och fantastisk service. Ägaren är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig. Rent och prydligt överallt. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta prisvärda boende!

Can’t fault this guest house for the price we paid. Quiet area of Aberdeen. A clean and comfortable room. Good buffet breakfast. Help yourself. Staff were helpful and I would recommend the place.

Travelled by train, Granville a short walk from the station, great communication prior to arriving and I had an enjoyable couple of nights, would have no hesitation in booking again.

A real five star stay.
Wonderful host. Took 2 hours out of his morning to accompany me to look at woodland I was considering buying. I cannot fault anything about my stay. Wonderful facilities, scrupulously clean, less than 10 minutes walk from Dyce station. Breakfast and all day snacks available. A superb 5 star stay. Excellent value.

Quiet and comfortable
Nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower gel & shampoo supplied. En suite shower & toilet. Lots of choice for breakfast (buffet). We could help ourselves to tea/coffee/drinks/snacks anytime from the dining room. Owner charming & friendly. I’ll definitely stay again.
