This hotel visually looks great, the rooms are well presented and decorated and modern in design,they were clean and room service did a good job,unfortunately the service can only be descibed as awful in their restaurant when ordering 8 days out of 8 breakfast would take forever and would be delivered to the table in fits and starts and not what you ordered,you couldnt say it was a language barrier as my partner is ghanain,the pool looks enticing but on closer inspection the ladder was missing steps and there are several broken tiles, we ordered an executive room and the air conditioning wasnt working on the 1st night so we were moved to a lesser room the next day where the kitchen equipment didnt work and getting any hot water was a task on its own,its a shame as this hotel has plenty of potential and its relatively new but just seems to have been poorly managed...
