Hola Senor Pereira, muchas gracias por su revision. En los alrededores hay el pueblo de Acireale con su iglesias y el barroco, y tambien el pueblecito de Santa Caterina a que se puede llegar andando. Para ir a Catania hay que tomar el coche u otro medio de transporte porque depende a que punto de catania se quiere llegar puede emplear desde 20 hasta 50 minutos. Espero que va a venir otra vez para ver todas las maravillas de esta parte de Sicilia, Un saludo cordial

Dear Florin,we are deeply sorry to know, after more than a year, that your experience in our hotel did not fit with your expectation.The room you described is a room for disabled and the shower has no step so that people with wheel chair can easly enter; it is bigger than other rooms so it would be perfect for three people, that is why we assigned that to you.We are sorry about the smell, in fact we changed the room with a sea view one.Our wifi is free and public, that is why it requires to reconnect after a couple of hours.We really appreciate the reviews because that is the best chance to improve ourselves and try to offer to our guests every time a better experience.Looking forward to having as our guests soonBest regards

Gent.mo sig. Loris,siamo spiacenti dover ribattere alla sua recensione, in quanto siamo completamente in disaccordo. La informiamo infatti che, prenotando su Expedia ha contratto un'obbligazione in cui l'hotel si è impegnato a prenotarle e far trovare disponibile una camera per il periodo richiesto e lei ha accettato una politica di cancellazione che prevedeva una modifica o cancellazione della prenotazione entro 24 ore dal suo arrivo. Oltre tale dead line, la penale applicata sarebbe stata di solo 1 notte. Affermare di aver avvisato tempestivamente non è corretto in quanto ha riferito di voler modificare il suo soggiorno ben oltre il limite previsto. Inoltre, quando si effettua una prenotazione, bisogna mettere in conto anche eventuali inconvenienti, quali problemi di salute, ritardi o cancellazioni di prenotazioni aeree, etc., che, ovviamente non possono ricadere sull'Hotel che ha mantenuto la sua prenotazione per tutto il periodo. Consideri anche che, essendo un ponte lungo ed essendo al completo, per garantire a lei la camera, abbiamo dovuto disdire ulteriori richieste.
