Querido invitado, Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para revisar nuestro hotel. Lamentamos que haya sentido que todo estaba sucio. Hemos tenido poco personal y estamos trabajando para conseguir más personal y resolver este problema para que no afecte a otros huéspedes.

The breakfast is very good, the hotel is very nice and clean. Strange that one day they forgot to clean our room, but not a big deal.

Really good option for the money. Only two complaints 1. Front desk attendant is constantly watching a video on her iPhone when she checks you in. Totally unprofessional. 2. In the sitting area out front, there is a huge cup with cigarette butts in it, and it is simply disgusting Otherwise, this is a much nicer hotel for the money than many other options in town

We were there for two nights and the pop/soda machine was down the whole time but the staff helped us get refreshments anyhow. Breakfast staff was very good. Bottom line, I would stay there again - loved the city of Aiken.

It's fine. We stayed here to go to a practice round at the Masters because it was a (relatively) affordable option within an easy drive. It feels a little worn around the edges. The staff is nice & the breakfast/coffee was a-OK.

filthy/very stained bed spread. very broken bed base it protruded so far i tripped on it. was offered roomchange/ to a suite/ which was worse than the last room/ everything is disgustingly stained. doors to closet/bathroom/bedroom/do not close properly. i could go on but lets get to the great breakfast we read about in you're reviews F.Y.I. I'm a retired chef but seriously not picky. my wife asked me to bring her back to our room 4 things. a bagel/3 sausage's/an apple/and granola. bagels were stale and as hard as a rock/sausages were obviously overcooked and reheated numerous times/i was embarrased for you guys. apples had brown spots all over them. JEEZ! and the chafer had crusted on scrambled egg from the day before as I was the first person at 7:00 to eat their. want more?

Nasty, this placed has turned into a trap house. People going from door to door wanting to stay in their room, you can smell drugs when you come in. Beds were nasty, filthy and I felt super uncomfortable there. No towels or toilet paper had to go buy our own, def not worth the money!

ready for some renovation attention
older hotel ready for some renovation, outside facade looks great, wooden floors creak with every step, thin walls make it somewhat noisy too, common areas could use some extra attention when cleaning, staff nice, a few somewhat laid back, had a room toward road and you easily hear traffic, probably will try another hotel if back in this area

Other than issues with check in it was great. They just did not have my reservations from hotels.com. It all worked out good.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff and management truly understand Customer Service. Bryan went over and above to help me out with a late check in. I was even able to talk to the general manager, over the phone, for approval of some specific needs. Tabatha and her team are truly outstanding. Thank you!

Room was clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast although we were only able to eat there on the day we left. Had to be at meetings at 7am.
