This resort is stunning and it is one of the best I've ever stayed in.
Bonita at reception provided a good service.
The restaurants in this resort provide outstanding service with politeness and a smile. At the deli restaurant, Suvro, Neeraj, Presila, Ishak and Sasam are fantastic at that they do. At Parisa, Saloni, Terry and the rest of the team there are so friendly and cheerful. Food was also delicious there.
The ladies only spa is amazing and clean with great facilities. A Nepali lady showed me around and a Turkish lady gave me a great massage but unfortunately I didn't get their names.
The outside swimming pool is clean and warm.
The staff at this resort make an effort to build a relationship with their guests and are willing to go the extra mile. All staff are bilingual and work hard in what they do.
Mehtab, Waqas, Roshan and Isaac in the Valet team are brilliant with their service.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding "extra charges" but this was soon rectified however one of the staff there was a bit rude towards my husband but then did apologise.
Overall, a beautiful resort with a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely come again and I hope I do very soon ❤️
