“Location was great and Condo was very spacious and perfect for a family of 4. Right on the beach and easy access. Only negative was that the 2 elevators were not enough for the size of the building. Not many restaurants in walking distance and no sidewalks on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed so we didn’t go out to eat every night. ”

“This is an expensive property and have stayed @ the Caribe for the last 5 years but in different units. If you charge that much for people to stay update your furniture or have it cleaned every so often, fix the stove and oven - even the small separate microwave had smoke coming out of it, paint the walls - pictures were taken down, putty was used to cover the whole in the walls, linens did not look clean.”
