Todo bien, pero el hotel apestaba a mariguana, creo que no está en sus manos la falta de póliza educación de los consumidores

El cuarto no estaba limpio
Todo estaba bien hasta entrar al cuarto no hicieron la limpieza no cambiaron sabanas del huésped anterior,no estaba aspirada la carpeta,el baño sucio la encargada de housekeeping fue amable se encargo de que lo limpiaran y se miro la diferencia,una de las housekeeping fue muy grosera y estaba enojada por tener que hacer bien su trabajo bien,después de eso todo estuvo bien

It is not that we expected, I don't know what happened but, the room is not the same that shows in the pictures when I booked it. There was a lot of people in the parking lot who didnt look like they were there for the hotel.

We had some very loud hotel guests staying next door to us. Thus, it was difficult to sleep. Some yelling in the hallway...etc. Thankfully, it was only a one night stay.

The prop itself was wonderful. New and clean. The surrounding area felt a little questionable with homeless people nearby. There is an Applebee's across the parking lot which is nice.

Great place to stay at. The room was spacious and very clean. Access off the I40 was easy and there was plenty of parking. Front desk was friendly and attentive. The baby crib (metal bar not a pack n play) was clean and easy to use.

There's nothing we didn't like about the hotel. It was a really good stay for me and my friends as we enjoyed everything about our stay. Our kids enjoyed their time swimming as us adult enjoyed our time relaxing and catching up. I can't complain about anything. It was an excellent stay for us. Thank you!

I use to stay at this hotel years ago because of my job for traveling and they use to give me a discount because I am a state employee and going to Expedia it did not give me that option or do I know if they still do that. I really did like the new upgrades to the hotel and the rooms and very clean.

I wouldn’t walk anywhere near the property but the property itself feels safe and it has great accommodations. We have stayed here twice and liked it a lot.

Key cards had to be rekeyed.
It was a good stay. 4 stars cause had to go back downstairs and get the key cards rekeyed as they did not work. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great Customer Service
Very nice staff especially young man who checked us in. He was very friendly and switched our room with no issues when we informed him there was a crying baby right next to us and we were requesting another room, if possible Better yet, he gave us another floor! That was great customer service. Loved it! Oh by the way, breakfast was great!!!
