This reservation needed to be cancelled through the third party for the guest refund. Spoke with guest and informed him of this and it was taken care of right away.

I do hope you try staying with us again. We do authorize an incidental fee but this is released at check out. We do this due to having a restaurant, bar and market on property.

I apologize as our standard rooms do not have the hand rails. Our ADA rooms do. Since we are a full service hotel, we do have a restaurant and bar for the convenience of our guests. The Holiday Inn Express brand is the brand that has the breakfast. I do hope you visit again.
