El problema fue que no pudimos dormir agusto se encendió la alarma contra incendios por qué se estaban quemando unas cobijas en el cuarto de lavandería pero los empleado no daban explicaciones y el hotel quedó oliendo muy feo

En el baño la tasa se puedes ver líneas de suciedad la tina es muy vieja tuvimos que poner una toalla para pararse el grifo del lavamanos se le cayó el agarradero para abrir el agua en la recepción la carpeta está sucia y rota no es un buen aspecto

La propiedad ofrece check in a cualquier hora y me llamo una mujer que estaba empezando a trabajar en el hotel y me dijo que no me podia chaquear despues de cierta hora porque me cobrarian extra y además estaba sujeta a disponibilidad a pesar de yo haber pagado mi habitación! Expedia me ayudo y luego me llamo otro manager muy amable para decirme que no había problema en mi llegada, sin embargo al retirarme de la propiedad estaba la mujer y en persona fue ofensiva y grosera

Thank you for your feedback. Our check in time starts at 3pm. If we have rooms available for early check in, we will most certainly allow guests to check in early although there are many times, we do not have the room type that a guests reserved for early check in due.

The hotel is in a commercial area with a lot of homeless immediately outside hotel parking area. The property itself is in poor condition and not particularly clean in common areas. Our rooms bathroom lights did not work after one night stay and shower grab bar was not secure and pulled off the wall. The staff gave us a new room and the bathroom fan was extremely loud and the sink had no stopper. We have stayed at other LaQuinta properties around the country with great results but this particular Albuquerque location was bad. Would not recommend it.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before. They were all BEFORE Wyndham took over. This trip was different. Arrived at 2:55 and was told we needed to wait until 3pm for a check in. Another guest was waiting already and then one came in shortly after me. I had a confirmed and paid for reservation as well. At 3:15 the manager finally came to the desk to “release” the rooms for the evenings check-ins. Got the check in process complete and was told that the pool and hot tub were out of service. Went to the room, a king suite, and when we entered everything was wide open like they had just competed the room check from construction. The sleeper couch was halfway out and the cushions were just on the side sitting there. Every drawer in the bedroom were open. We were missing a refrigerator and a phone. When we closed everything and put the stuff back we noticed that the sleeper didn’t have any bedding on it and we planned to use it for our son to sleep on. We went to dinner and then when we got back we were at the desk asking for bedding and pillows. They were out of pillows…seriously. The halls are loud and doors slamming all the time that shake the room. The bed was comfortable but the bedding didn’t really fit so the sheets came undone in the middle of the night. Not sure what happened when Wyndham room over but it has gone down hill.

The property entrance was difficult to find. The staff was very nice, but the room was filthy. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel which was black when I finished. No service to the room for 3 days, I had to ask for additional towels each day and the bed was not made. The soap and shampoo ran out. The place is very busy, so they appeared to be making plenty of money without providing any service. Check in was 4 deep when I arrived, and I waited for all the folks in front of me to be processed. There need to be improvements.
