Lo +: Habitacion e instalaciones comodidimas, buen buffet de desayuno, atención perfecta. Lo -:Es necesario transporte para ir a la marina y a la playa que a veces tarda y tienes que esperar al siguiente, los horarios no son para españoles.

El servicio de recogida en el mismo hotel para llevarte a la playa y marina es una estupenda idea. Apenas sacamos el coche del parking. En general una estancia de 5 estrellas.

Hotel Genial
Es un gran hotel de 5 estrellas que se merece todas. Lo mejor para mi gusto, la bañera separada del resto de la habitación por un cristal , por lo que podías darte un baño mientras veías la tele. No se asusten que el baño sí estaba convenientemente separado del resto, con toda la intimidad del mundo.Camas comodísimas, habitaciones bonitas y limpias, zonas comunes excelentes, zona de piscina preciosa, aunque no la usamos porque hizo mal tiempo. Lo peor, el SPA, que aunque era precioso y las instalaciones muy buenas, tenía el agua fría!!!No me lo podía creer. Qué pena. Lo bueno fue que se lo dijimos a la señorita de recepción y nos devolvió el dinero.También está alejado de la zona con ambiente, hay que coger coche, aunque sólo se tarda 5 min. en llegar y no nos resultó incómodo. El desayuno, normal, yo esperaba más, pero no está mal en absoluto. En resumen hemos vuelto muy contentos después de 3 días muy buenos en este estupendo hotel. Volvería encantada

Todo genial
Nos dieron una suite, teníamos reservada habitación, dos habitaciones y dos baños para dos... Desayuno exquisito, transfer a la playa y a Vilamoura, gratuito, garaje gratuito, te aparcan el coche. Tumbonas en la playa de pago, te dan toalla, pringles y agua incluido en el precio, tienen chiringuito en la playa con wc y duchas de pago.

Muy bueno en general
La única pega es que al estar en temporada baja, cierran algunos servicios como el bar de la piscina y las otras dos piscinas secundarias cosa que no debería descuidarse en un hotel de esta categoría. Por lo demás, todo esta muy bien.

La habitación ridícula. Alfombra con manchas de sangre. Armarios no cabe nada, ni para poner la maleta. Habitación de 12 metros cuadrados. Nada recomendable. Los restaurantes carísimos. Nadie habla en Castellano. Ninguna información en Castellano. Aparcamiento da hasta miedo.

El servicio de hoteles.com es muy bueno y amigable, pero la estancia en el hotel fue pésima , de hecho me retire un día antes de lo que estaba previsto, notifique la misma noche que llegue y solo se limitaron a decirme que eso tenia que hacerlo a través de ustedes, que falta de seriedad.

The staff are incredibly friendly and that was a great comfort for me as a solo traveller. I felt taken care of. Facilities are really good but the staff stood out by far as genuinely lovely people. Ready to help and go the extra mile.

Very nice hotel!
Very nice hotel. Rooms are good size and good bed. Dining services are very good and great buffet breakfast worth every penny of 16 Euro. Very nice pool and shuttle available to beach and Marina. Marina has very good restaurant options and nicely done area with shops.

We had a very lovely stay! beautifully, clean property with friendly staff. the area around the property is not very interesting, though we knew this upfront and shuttles are available to bring you to either the beach or harbor. One recommendation is for the shuttle to drive later back from the beach (16.00 is very early to end a beach day) as well as from the harbor (21.30 is very early to finish your dinner and get the shuttle back)

The property was fantastic, with a comfortable room and AC that worked! There was plenty on-site if you wish to not move, and with us only having a few days, that’s exactly what we did. We didn’t play golf, but I’ll be coming back to arrange a golf trip. The pool area was great, clean, and enough room to stay in the sun or shade all day (depending on preference). There was a games room and gym, and a fantastic spa all available. My only criticism was the restaurant options, if you do plan on being on-site the whole time, you’ll be eating the same food regularly. Cilantro was their “fine dining” restaurant, and it was good - just not great! Whereas their poolside and grill bars saved the same sandwiches and burgers and nothing else. Maybe one more restaurant choice onsite with something in between the both would have made the stay all the more comfortable. The hotel offers free shuttles down to the beach and marina which came in handy on our first day (there is a hotel tapas bar on the beach too, to slightly contradict my above statement, but again - it’s not directly on-site). All in all, it was a great stay and I will be back. Next time we will make the use of the restaurants in town/the marina.

Hotel was large modern & clean, with friendly helpful staff. Our room was exceptional, clean modern, spacious, quiet, & being a corner room had a large double balcony with loungers. Breakfast room was spacious clean & modern with great variety of hot & cold which was regularly replenished. Pool area & loungers great. Especially the romantic pool. Great shuttle bus service to & from marina & beach.

We spent 4 days at this beautiful hotel. The staff was wonderful! Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional with all the choices. I loved the omelette station! You have the choice of eating inside or outside. Poolside restaurant was very nice. The inside bar offered a nice selection of cocktails and snacks. There’s a shuttle service to the marina which is about 5 minutes away. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We spent five days at the resort. Great rooms, very nice pools, free shuttle bus to the beach, the spa is fantastic, and delicious food in all restaurants. The staff was very friendly and we are looking forward to returning as soon as we can.
