Demasiado costoso para el servicio que ofrecen, poca opciones de comida, personal con actitud ruda. No entrenimiento. En los alrededores igual, pocas opciones para comer o entretenimiento. Viajo bastante y definitivamente no volvere a visitar Bimini.

Alquilan su playa los fines de semana a los cruceros que llegan y no está permitido el acceso a los alojados en el hotel, no me gusto

Igualmente tenemos las fechas en nuestra pagina web cuando la playa privada (Bimini Beach) esta cerrado dado a un cruisero en particular, Virgin Voyages.Espero que nos des otra oportunidad en el futuro! Is the only hotel in the Island Unfortunately… 6 hrs waiting time to receive the room in the hotel, no good restaurants outside the hotel.. and the staff very rude.. first and last time in BIMINI!

La playa del hotel se encuentra a unos 850 metros de distancia. Si bien las instalaciones estaban bien, en uno de los días llame dos veces al servicio de limpieza de habitación y a pesar de ello, no fueron!

El hotel está muy bien localizado, es confortable, el personal es amable y servicial. Para los huéspedes no es agradable que lleguen personas en grupos grandes para usar las instalaciones por un día

Decepción...pensamos que por ser hilton tendrían un estandard pero lamentablemente no fue así, nadie habla español, no hacen un esfuerzo por satisfacer al cliente, la actitud es la de personal que ya tiene la propina incluida y no espera nada a cambio por un buen trato, que no le importa o no saben ser atentos, no vuelvo ni lo recomiendo. Pd: nos dieron una habitación con las paredes de los sanitarios y duchas de vidrio transparente...imposible convivir con niños pequeños en esas condiciones, no es un lugar para familias, es para parejas y gente sola

El hotel muy bueno. Aduana muy lenta La recepción muy mala hasta las 4 pm el cuarto y los alimentos carísimos! La gente en gral ruda y sin interés de atender. El lugar es un paraíso. Definitivamente mínimo 2 días.

Fenomenal con buen tiempo
El hotel es fantástico y las playas y piscinas espectaculares. El personal es muy amable. No tiene guardería ni ofrecen servicio de cuidados de niños, solo te intentan poner en contacto con personal local que pudiera estar disponible. En días de lluvia no hay atracciones alternativas para niños.

la Isla paradisíaca Si pueden pagar un poco más recomiendo el Resort frente al mar tiene un complejo de casas privadas, el hotel un desastre la atención del personal

I read that the Hilton properties make up the majority of North Bimini, and you feel that here. It is virtually the only place to stay and while the hotel is nice you feel trapped. Also, you share the beach daily with either cruise guests or day trippers and you are not even allowed on the beach during some of the cruise dates. The food is mediocre, I recommend going to downtown for affordable fresh conch or seafood. And for the days that you are not allowed on the Hilton beach go to Radio beach (you will need to rent a golf cart). The rooms are okay, my shower didnt work right and we got a smaller room than I thought, but it was clean and the air conditioning worked well which is nice. My biggest gripe is that the pools, which are gorgeous, are FREEZING. There are 2 pools at the beach club, one rooftop and a lagoon pool, every single one was really cold. We went to the Big Game area one day so we could just swim in a pool that was even slightly heated. Finally, the best view is to be had by walking on the area surrounding the roof top deck - I highly recommend it.

You have access to Paradise Beach when Bimini Beach is closed for a private event. We have 3 pools - Oasis Lagoon, Bimini Beach and our adults only pool, Monkey Business. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our rooftop area - the views are breathtaking and truly unforgettable.

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in for many years. The food is very bland with a gas station flair. The pools are extremely loud with Boomda Boomda rap music. Asking the bartender to turn the level down is a non starter as “It is only one level man”. The pools are not heated, they actually feel to be chilled. Not one single hotel employee went out of their way to provide any level of service above the very bare minimum. Not recommended for people that travel for a living.

A/C in room was extremely cold at times Extremely warm at times could not adjust temp in room. Also half of the lights did not work. Safe malfunctioned twice in 2 days. Most of staff was not very friendly

Property was wonderful! In the off season I’d recommend more restaurants be open OR have a larger menu for the ones that are open because we had to eat at the same place several nights. I’d also recommend a hot tub for adults. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

pros: The hotel has a nice appearance and decent rooms. Beautiful location. really nice roof pool con’s: No room service I had no hot water and nearly zero water pressure in the shower for two days and no one really cared. Restaurant food was lower quality

So we arrived on Wednesday, November 15. It was raining when we left Ft. Lauderdale which is fine. We arrived at the hotel (after taking a ferry and taxi. Crazy how how transfers are not offered as the island is not that big), when we arrived, we asked if we could change rooms because water was coming in through the sliding doors but I was told they would call me back. No one called me back and finally when I went to the front desk, they said no rooms were available. Mind you we arrived in the middle of a storm and it was empty with very few guests in site. My friends who were traveling with us, had water coming down from the elevator ceilings, lobby floors were flooding with water. We stayed in our without any changes offered by the hotel. The next day, our bathroom smelled moldy and then the following day, the worst sewage smell coming from all toilets. There is rust in the public bathrooms. Another negative is when Virgin cruise ships arrive, you can’t use the beach club amenities. And by chance, Virgin cruise ships arrive two days in a row and the hotel tells us we are not allowed to go to the beach club as it’s only reserved for the cruise ship. I do wish this info is sent to hotel guests prior to arrival so we can make other arrangements. Overall it was frustrating. Wouldn’t come back

Disappointing
Anyone that enjoys spending 1500 for 3 days and loves to be treated like trash, this is the place for you!! Throw the entire staff away and get someone in this hotel that can train on hospitality and is skilled at creating a fun enjoyable atmosphere. The hotel is too expensive to treat their guest like they don’t matter. They need to take some cues from Punta Cunta’s Hyatt definitely not a place I would recommend or visit again.

The room view was nice, but very limited friendly staff. Sadly, cause they seem to depwnd on tourist like me. I not planning to return to the island. There is a lit of trash everywhere. Sadly, cause is a beautiplace n it looks like its people are suffering.
