Air conditioner was not working well, water heater is not working well, limited food choice during breakfast but the staff is friendly.

Stay AWAY !!
This is one property I would stay away from. It's seen better days that's for sure. What it need is a total overhaul of the entire property starting with a fresh coat of paint, new floor carpet as the one in our room has a peculiar smell. Washroom is decent but there was no hot water, faucet was broken and you could literally move the bath tub. One thing for sure is that I will not be returning to the hotel.

Too friendly
Very hospitable hotel with complimentary sandwiches left over from previous tenant. Just like the staff, the unidentified presences were very friendly. They ring door bell before entering. Just as stated, shower has 2 options, either very hot or very cold. Nothing in the middle.

The room seemed kinda tired. There were patches on the carpet where water had obviously seeped through, especially where the bedroom carpet met the bathroom. The two times I stayed there, there were these floor blowers to dry out the carpet in the corridors.

Wifi not working. No reception. Wifi is essential when oversees. I complained to reception and received an apologetic smile. Pls do not publish this feedback. For hotel.com info as wifi is indicated in the booking.

Look elsewhere
The pictures look decent an I'm sure the hotel was nice when built or renovated, but maintenance and basic cleaning seems non-existent. Stains on carpet, walls. Fingerprints and smudges everywhere. My room smelled like sewage gases. The water in the toilet, sink, etc was yellow. I was very uncomfortable during my stay.

Room was disappointing
Room is too cold even at 28 degrees. Fan is too strong even at the slowest. Part of basin structure is blocking the toilet you cant sit straight, very disappointing

Cleanliness could be a problem
Room cleanliness can be improved alot! Found 2 cigarette ends once checked in, one on the floor beside the table and another one behind curtain, both are quite obvious. I purposely left it there and it wasn't been picked up after 3 days. I really doubt in the overall sanity of the hotel during pandemic. Moved to another hotel after my booking and not gonna extend it.

If this is your only option
No hairdryer. Lots of ants everywhere. Bed is squeeze between 2 pillars, can only climb into bed from the foot of the bed. Open space parking is terrible, car was seriously covered with bird droppings.

The room better but need to improve on the cleanness on carpet and shower tub. The wifi is way better for this stay. Connection is better and faster. The staff are friendly and helpful on my comment for Wifi. Appreciate it. Need to include more facilities in the hotel. At least must have a Gym room for morning workout or after work workout in hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay. Will repeat again soon.

The shower drain was not working well, which caused the water to spill over onto the rest of the bathroom floor. We had to use a towel to stop further flow of the water.

The room was clean but need major repair work for shower tub. The water inlet pipe leaking badly and not fix properly. Other then that, all was ok for this trip. Nice location, quiet and room is nice. Aircond work well for my room.
