Friendly staff & Family oriented at their best. Not the newest but for sure CLEAN. Not a problem to recomend. Staff amigable y con enfoque familiar. Quiza no sea el lugar mas nuevo pero la limpieza esta garantizada. Sin problema para recomendarlos.

Estuvo muy bien, las personas son muy amables, lo que no se especificó fue lo de la limpieza, resulta que al regresar al hotel o cabaña no estaba limpia y cuando pregunté me dijeron que nosotros la teníamos que hacer, y si no que tendríamos que pagar 50 dlls, esto no nos había sucedido en otros lugares, solo hacíamos la limpieza de la cocina o sea de los platos y vasos que usamos. Si le falta mantenimiento, y cambiar algunos muebles, pero la pasamos bien.

Magdalena nos disculpamos por la falta de comunicación. Solo damos servicio a nuestras cabañas después de la salida. Nuestra tarifa de limpieza solo se aplica cuando las condiciones de limpieza son extremas. Esperamos que nos elija nuevamente ya que estamos bajo un nuevo propietario y estamos trabajando en la calidad de todas nuestras cabinas. Su satisfacción es muy importante para nosotros y sus recomendaciones serán seguidas.

Mobiliario y sabanas
Siempre me he quedado en ese hotel pero en esta ocasión si me decepcionó mucho que son los mismos sillones sucios y que una de las cobijas estaba sucia también, deberían cuidar ese aspecto.

The location is fantastic and the customer service was friendly and helpful. The building is dated, cheaply constructed, and run down. The flooring had many chips in the tile, the bathroom sink didnt drain well, the shower and grouting was pretty gross, the kitchen lacked pans and cooking sheets, and the game room was really disappointing. There were only a few working arcade games, that required money to play, a the only free items were ping pong, tick-tack-toe and pac man. They also provide one bundle of firewood at check-in, but no means to light it within the room. The tennis and basketball courts had deflated balls and the jungle gym was unsafe for use. Overall, the stay was ok but it was significantly overpriced for what it offered.

Hidden Gem
If you like to be away from all the buzz and noice of other areas. If you like to be left alone. This place is a hidden Gem that I wish I wouldn’t have to write this review so I could keep it hidden. But I also want to give proper attention to where it’s due and let other families enjoy this place like we did. The host is very friendly and helpful.(I apologize I forgot her name)

Nothing fancy but clean, spacious and really nice staff. Very much a 70’s old school campy vibe…great location and great wifi. Full kitchen with basics and having two separate bedrooms was nice. Living room was a good size and couch was comfy. Would totally stay again.

Shower was disgusting and there were ants everywhere. They had a window unit for the AC, needless to say it was HOT.

Loved our cozy cabin!
We absolutely loved these little cabins! They are a bit older so don’t expect modern furnishes, but they are super cozy. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Had most of what we needed. The pool was heated but still a bit chilly for our liking. The kids had fun. Would stay here again!
