In regards to the heating this is something the hotel has not been made aware of, the heating system is on a cycle. The photos on Expedia show that the hotel had wooden headboards, I do apologize if this was not something you were expecting. We do not advertise as having aircon however if you wished the reception are more than happy to provide a fan when needed and bring this to the guest bedroom. I have put this room onto maintenance checklist to go inside and have a look at these additional issues you have mentioned. Over the Christmas period all guests were notified that one Christmas day the hotel gave the house keeping team the day off so they would spend it with friends and family. Should you of required service the hotel reception team were more than happy to help with this. Daily house keeping is offered, however as the hotel is eco friendly and this is advertised throughout, guests are asked to inform a member of staff should they wish for their room to be daily cleaned. I do apologies that this caused you distress during your stay and want to assure you the hotel will strive to do better. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
