“Villa Lauro was a fabulous home away from home on the coast. We had no issues staying at the Villa. Giulia was a dream, and went above and beyond during our stay. From assisting us with a special birthday dinner one night at the villa to helping us locate and retrieve a bag that we left one night at a local restaurant, she was superb! It was very difficult to leave Villa Lauro. I hope to return to this very special place soon!”

“This is an interesting place. it's WAY up high on the steep Amalfi coast, between Amalfi and Positano. These roads are extremely narrow and cars drive over the line and fast. It's very stressful driving. This is a great place on the one hand, because it is up high above the crowds, and quiet. But it is nerve wracking to get there. The yard and view of the sea is great. “The pictures just don't do it justice. The location is absolutely incredibly beautiful. We have travelled alot and we agreed it's the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The house is very conveniently located. There are some stairs to contend with but if you aren't living like the Italians on the Amalfi coast, then you need to stay on a resort / get a hotel room - it's part of the experience. I do recommend having Oliver / Lella setup a baggage porter service for you - very affordable....

Good location only 10 min from Amalfi, only downside was the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the bedrooms and they need to maintain drains better…one shower backed up and the amount of hair they pulled out to unclog showed the lack of preventative maintenance which inconvenienced us. ”

The villa manager Bruno was awesome and was just a text away if we needed anything, two other staff members, housekeeper Rosario and porter Forio were also super helpful and kind! Bruno also helped us arrange a private chef for one of our dinners and that was excellent!! The villa is close to the town of Amalfi and within walking distance to the city center shopping...

“Great View! Was a little hard to find at first but Antonio was terrific in getting us in, orientated and helping get us around. The bus stop is right outside the house. Unit was clean comfortable and perfect for us. Bedroom was above the kitchen and dining area and you had to go outside and down a few steps to get to that level but it worked. Only negative was it was a little short on hot water! We enjoyed the unit!”
