Very clean facility especially the room and the breakfast area. Breakfast is neatly prepared and tastes great. Highly recommended hotel.

Very nice place. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was strong pressure. Breakfast as delicious. Would definitely stay again and I recommend this hotel. Staff was super friendly!

This property was near our destination and served our needs well. It offered breakfast, which was very satisfying. All of the bathroom features suited us, and the beds were comfortable.

No working shower
The sheets on one of the beds had a brown stain. And when we woke up in the morning we found out our bathroom had no running water in the shower. Waited 20 min to find out they had no maintenance person to fix the issue so we had to get keys to another room to shower.

Pros: best breakfast options we’ve ever had at a hotel, clean pool, great pillows, clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet hallways, lighted parking lot, easy access into Ames. Cons: really pricey to stay, not the most comfortable mattresses, loud pool area, and prepare yourself that people in the dining area can watch you swim through windows adjoining the two rooms Overall: great for our family of 5, but I didn’t realize the steep price when I booked. (My oversight. It was over $500 for only 2 nights. From prior stays in the area, I’ve been at comparable places for $150-$200 less.). We would definitely return when we visit family, but the price will have us going elsewhere. The staff was excellent though.

As a diamond member, I should have been given a room on a high floor away from the elevator. I was given a room right next to the elevator and the lobby. There was constant yelling and activity in the lobby that kept me up all night.

Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the king sized pillows on our king bed. Most hotels use standard size. We would definitely stay here again.

The guy that does breakfast watch was helpful and friendly! Kudos. Breakfast was great. And king bed was so comfortable. Will be staying again when we pass thru.
