The most important is the excellent service and it includes everything. It is not a big hotel but they try to give one good environment with high quality y confort.

Convenient and Friendly
We received a very friendly and professional welcome at check-in. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Not too far a drive from the airport after a late night flight arrival. A few shops and restaurants in the area. A good stay overall.

Best place EVER!
The Seven Roses Hotel is the best hotel ive ever staued at. The staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so helpful and accomodating. They do everything they can to make sure your stay is an enjoyable experience.

Amazing hotel, staffs were amazing, nice and helpful, hotel and room was clean, breakfast was delicious. Only let down was they area the hotel is in is a bit expensive in food wise, however we got a very good deal in rates for currency exchange in the area. Overall will defiantly recommend the hotel itself.

make it your hotel every time you are in Amman.
to be honest, the seven roses hotel lived up my expectations, great location great customer service, loved it, for sure iwill stay there every time I go to to Amman.

One of the best hotels you will stay in Jordan. The service is amazing, the staff is always smiling and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very modern. The location is great and within walking distance from many restaurants and malls. This should be a 5 stars hotel. Value for price is outstanding, book without hesitation.

hotel is located at the busiest road in Amman, cars parked at the sidewalk ! The property is clean and well maintained, check in was smooth and fast, they provided me with a nice refreshing welcome drink, receptionist adele was excellent,professional, and helpful despite of non of the employees have a name tag which i found strange , i checked in to a connected room and the receptionist adele was nice enough to move me to another one in the next day , the room is a good square footage with a nice bathroom, good lighting fixture and it was quite, the housekeeping mohammad did an outstanding job cleaning my room every day i wish the management and the owner to consider a new uniforms for all of the staff at the hotel because it's heart breaking to see them in their torn ones, the internet connection was horrible at the room 302 , i had to go to ministry of foreign affairs to do my GOV Webinar , hotel needs to have a dedicated business center for the guests , the breakfast at the hotel is actually good and have alot of variety which i Like , the staff is nice at the restaurant , some of the breakfast items should be more fresh though, the security at this hotel is great! You feel safe knowing that they check everything and everyone before they enter the property. overall this hotel is nice and i will definitely come back and see how they improved.

Hotel will not allow guests in your room according to their Gender. Had to leave after staying for few hours. Highly not recommended, staff for the most part are poorly trained expect one guy! Will not refund your money if you have to leave early.

I liked the location,easy to reach needed places.but some got noisy at night from some inconsiderate guests by talking loud in their rooms or slamming doors even after midnight.

Love the location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The manager Ahmad, ensured everyone gets their coffee, he went out of his way to make coffee and serve and ensured his staff served. I was out and about and did not spend too much time at the hotel - so this is just PERFECT
