Dear Arturo, We are sorry to read that your stay was not up to your expectations. Regarding the cleaning, indeed there was some miscommunication and you had the room cleaned 1 day before the check out date instead of in the middle of your stay, we indeed offered late check-out which equals 20 euros compensation.

Me gusto que tiene un súper y la estación de tren cerca. No me gusto la atención del personal del hotel, todo el tiempo tenían mala cara, se cayó parte de la cabecera desde el momento que llegamos y nunca fueron a arreglarla. El bote de basura del pasillo siempre estaba desbordado de basura.

Hola! Buena experiencia en general. La limpieza es cada 5 días, puedes pedir limpieza diaia pero se paga aparte. Sería bueno que en la habitación hubiese un frigobar, muy necesario. Buena ubicación y el personal de recepción muy agradable. Lo recomiendo para viajes cortos.

Muy limpio. Correcto y suficiente para ser una habitación doble. Además, nos tocó en un 10º piso y teniamos buenas vistas. Para mi gusto, moderno. La localización del hotel buena, la parada de tren esta muy cerca para conectar con Amsterdam Central. Los recepcionistas muy amables y nos proporcionaban todo tipo de facilidades. En resumen, muy muy contentos con el hotel.

The Hotel is in a wonderful town away from the street hustling of Amsterdam but close enough. It has it´s little night life and very picturesque day sights. Close to a train station. A super market, a cafe, and stores all between the 3 minute walk between the train station and the hotel

La ubicación es excelente, saliendo de Zaandam Station está a dos pasos. Cómoda y con vistas increíbles si te toca en un piso alto. El check out es demasiado temprano, 10am, y te cobran por guardar tu equipaje en locker, de 4 a 6 €. Hay personal muy amable y otro bastante apático. Su restaurante no está habilitado, ofrecen descuentos en otros cercanos.

El edificio está bonito, la recepción igual, el hotel está ubicada en una zona en donde hay comercios de ropa, comida, supermercados, de todo y eso está excelente, la estación de metro Zaandam está a 2 min caminado. Lo único malo fue que al llegar estaba sucia la cama y con algunas manchas extrañas y al siguiente día una pareja quería entrar a nuestra habitación y cuando abrí la puerta me comentaron y mostraron que tenían la misma habitación que yo, llego la de recepción, me pidió mis documentos y tuvimos que arreglar la situación en la recepcion, algo que no es nada agradable por que fue error de ellos y ya eran las 11:00 de la noche, al final por todos los malos momentos me ofrecieron late check out y en lugar de salir del hotel a las 10:00 am, salí a la 1:00 pm

Al llegar al hotel no sabíamos como entrar porque la entrada es por una calle peatonal que no tiene señalización. Tuvimos que pedir dos veces que nos limpiaran el piso y la base de la cama porque estaba lleno de tierra y migas. La encargada de limpieza hizo una limpieza muy superficial que aun se sentía sucio. En nuestra última noche de estancia sonó la alarma de fuego y todos los huéspedes tuvimos que evacuar el edificio a media noche. El personal del hotel no ofreció ninguna explicación ni dio a entender que se trataba de una falsa alarma. Adicionalmente solo hacen limpieza cada 5 días en la habitación y la secadora de pelo hay que pedirla en recepción. Si no se devuelve rápido cobran €2.00 adicionales.

A 10 min d Ams central y a 200 m d la estacion d Zaandam. El lugar perfecto para alejarse del concurrido de Ams, super tranquilo y con varios restaurantes u tiendas cerca. El hotel muy comodo y limpio con lo basico.Volveria a hospedarme sin duda

Él hotel esta muy cerca de la estación de tren y a solo dos paradas del centro de Amsterdam, está muy bien situado ya que hay muchas tiendas cerca, lo malo que todo cierra a eso de las 17:30 o 18:00.

A pesar de estar fuera de Amsterdam esta a 8 min en tren y la estacion esta a doscientos metros, tienes cafeterias abajo y varias tiendas (primark, media marck...) la gente es muy amable y una zona preciosa y tranquila!

Muy buen lugar
Un hotel muy bonito a unos pasos de la estación de tren . La zona muy tranquila , el personal atento . Muy fácil para llegar a Ámsterdam

Gran Viaje
Es un hotel muy sencillo sólo para pasar la noche y recuperar fuerzas para seguir visitando Ámsterdam al día siguiente. Está en una zona que se llama Zaandam que se conecta mediante Amsterdan Central a través de tren. La estación está a unos 150 metros del hotel y se tarda entre 15 y 20 minutos en llegar al centro. El hotel está ubicado en medio de una zona comercial. Hay tiendas de ropa, supermercados y cafés a escasos metros del hotel. También está muy bien conectado con el aeropuerto de Schiphol y hay incluso un tren directo que en 20 minutos te comunica con él.

Excelente a.15minutos del.aeropuerto Bajas del.tren y caminas unos pasos y ya estás en el.hotel La limpieza no se hace hasta que dejas la habitación , Zaandam es muy bonito más tranquilo que Amsterdam Regresaría porsupuesto Te rentan Lockers para guardar tus maletas
