Due to the cold weather at the moment, they are looking for warmth and unfortunately many municipalities and cities are suffering from this and we are doing everything we can to solve this. No puedes bajar las maletas en la puerta, tienen un gran aparcamiento, vacío,y no te dejan utilizar, tienes que aparcar a 50 mts. En la calle y pagar. Muy mal

Buen servicio
E Perfecta ubicación del hotel a unos pasos de la estación Zaandam, buen servicio, personal amable y atento a atender los requerimientos de los huéspedes. Solo hay un detalle que en nuestra estancia de 5 días no hicieron cambio de sábanas aún cuando se solicito diario el aseo de la habitación.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el desayuno y el recepcionista que estaba de servicio el domingo 27 de noviembre por la mañana a las 08.30 Lo que me decepcionó bastante es la limpieza de la moqueta del pasillo de la quinta planta al salir del ascensor hasta la habitación. Se veía sucia y olía bastante mal. Cuando llegamos a la habitación se veía la moqueta aparentemente aspirada, pero con olor a sucio/cerrado y tuvimos que abrir la ventana. Los niños separaron las camas porque no querían dormir pegados y había suciedad en el suelo

El hotel esta muy bien, todo se ve muy nuevo. La habitación grande y espaciosa con cafetera y nevera, el baño, espectacular. El desayuno perfecto, mucha variedad. El personal amable por lo poco que hablamos, ya que solo nos comunicamos en ingles. Justo enfrente esta la estación de tren que en 10 minutos te deja en Amsterdam Central.

Lovely hotel.
It is our second stay in 10 days and the third stay in general. It is a new hotel and it is without a doubt very good 4* hotel. Accommodation is very spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. Very large bathrooms. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The location could not be better if Amsterdam was on the visiting list. The train station is 100 m away. The center is 5 min walking distance. Highly recommend it.

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado. Las chicas de recepción encantadoras, te ayudan con todo, la habitación super amplia, el baño super aseado en general encantada es poco. Lo único que la ventana solo se abre un pelin. El metro enfrente, y todos los restaurantes y tiendas a 2 minutos andando. Repetiremos seguro ! Te guardan el equipaje siempre que lo necesites y tienes cafetera para tomarte tus cafés y tés gratis.

Hemos estado 4 noches en este hotel, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy bonitas. La limpieza de la habitación fue perfecta. Además no se oye ningún ruido, es verdad que tampoco es una calla muy bulliciosa. Las recepcionistas del hotel, son correctas, no puedo decir que muy amables, son correctas y punto. Cuando llegamos había tres recepcionistas y ninguna hablaba español, es una cosa que me llama la atención ya que somos el segundo idioma más hablado del mundo. Las tasas del hotel en esta zona son altas, pagamos 56 € por los 4 días, pero es algo que ya sabíamos que tendríamos que pagar. Una de las mejores cosas del hotel es el desayuno, rico, variado, y abundante, y el personal rellenando en todo momento. La situación del hotel, es muy buena a pesar de no estar en el centro de Ámsterdam, la estación de tren está a 2 min, y en 12 min. te deja en la estación de Ámsterdam central.

Nice modern hotel close to the station.
Very nice, modern hotel very close to the center but to be a proper 4 star hotel breakfast should be improved and not have to make once own coffee and tea. The rooms a very spacious and comfortable. The dinner was good.

Ruime kamer met geweldig lekker bed. Wanneer je het raam dicht doet en de gordijnen is de kamer lekker stol en behoorlijk donker. Dan nog de airco lichtjes aan en heerlijk geslapen.

A great hotel in a really convenient spot. 2 minutes from the station and same from town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants if you fancy a change from the hotel bar and restaurant, which are both relly good and friendly. An easy 12 minute train ride and you are in the centre of Amsterdam with plenty to keep you entertained and loads of history to see. Highly recommend the canal tour .. we used eco boats who were great, but there are a lot of options.

Hotel is lovely and easy to reach from the Zaandam train station. The rooms are clean, but a bit sparse and could do with more furniture in them. The rooms do not match the sleekness of the hotel and are a little basic for the price. Would expect water to be available in the room and a better select of tea/coffee. The bar staff are lovely though and the drinks and snacks were very good.

First impression was not good as the girl that checked us in was grumpy and rude. All of the other desk staff were lovely after that. Initial impression of the room was not overwhelming. The bathroom floor had not been mopped, had to call for towels and toilet paper, were given 3 Kleenex in the box, shampoo was not enough for one person….. and the decor looks much older then the age of the hotel BUT the bed was super comfy so we had a good rest, the hotel was quiet, shower was great and the breakfast convenient (food wasn’t anything spectacular, but it did the trick). Good value for the money and close to the train, groceries, shopping, restaurants so a good deal overall.
