La alfombra huele mal, en general es viejo el hotel pero la ubicación es muy buena. El desayuno no es lo mejor pero un waffle con café te ayuda. se escuchan los ruidos de arriba del cuarto

Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias, desayuno muy bueno, muy cercano al parque y el transporte a Disney está excelente. Solo me sorprende que no tengan recepcionistas que hablan inglés. Es complicado para los adultos mayores darse a entender. Sin embargo hay personal que si habla Español y nos fue de mucha ayuda.

Todo muy bien durante la estancia, nos sorprendimos ya que no sabíamos que había shuttle del hotel a Disneyland y de regreso; en la ida ok salvo que 2 personas no respetaron la fila y tuvimos que esperar nuevamente; el conductor regresó y amablemente nos llevo de inmediato. Al regreso, otro conductor nos recogió y esta vez no había fila pero pregunto quienes habíamos sido los primeros, lo cual me pareció excelente porque con niños dormidos era complicado esperar en el frío. La persona que está en el desayuno haciendo los waffles siempre con excelente actitud de servicio, muy amable. Gracias:) La única queja es de la persona de recepción que estaba en la mañana 6:30am, su actitud no es nada buena para una persona que trabaja en un hotel.

MUY BUENA OPCION 5 MIN DISNEY INCLUYE TRANSPORTE
Muy Recomendable, siempre buscamos los hoteles enfrente de disyney, que son los mas caros, pero la verdad no tiene caso porque solo son para dormir, este hotel es una excelente opcion porque incluye desayuno basico y tiene transporte cada hora de la puerta del hotel a la puerta de disney , 5 min de distancia

El desayuno solo son waffles pero aún así muy ricos, todo el personal es super amable y tienen transporte gratuito a Disney lo cual esta increíble

Cercanía a Disneyland. Lo que no gusto, fue el desayuno tan "pobre" que se ofrece, aún si se compara con hoteles de la misma categoría y franquicia.
