Esta vez quedé encantada! Es como la segunda o tercera vez que visito el hotel porque no me gusta que tenga que ser con valet parking, pero fuera de eso me encantó!! El primer día llegué a las 7 am al hotel porque queríamos ir súper temprano a Disney y mi check in era hasta las 4 creo y desde esa hora me dieron mi habitación!! No lo podía creer!! Fue súper amable el manager (creo que fue el quien me atendió) y hablaba español, me sentí como en casa, la habitación muy espaciosa y limpia, el buffet desayuno súper barato y delicioso, muy lindas las señoras que estaban ahí que por cierto también hablaban español, en la tienda compré varias cosas y me regalaron una botella de agua, la verdad que salí maravillada, volvería sin lugar a dudas :)

Habitación muy amplia, limpia y camas muy cómodas, el personal muy amable. Mejoraría el servicio a l habitación ya que muchos usamos esa zona de hoteles para ir a Disney y llegamos tarde

Very nice property, I liked the room we stayed at, confortable beds and good amenities, parking with additional cost available, 10 minutes walking to Parks entrance. Just people at the front desk very rude and unfriendly

Soy turista Mexicano y en recepcion no me atendieron en español hasta cieto punto me senti degradado denigrado y con un toque de racismo, llego de viaje manejando y te cobran estacionamiento y caro 35 dolares, nunca me dieron el recibo de mi cargo, a la habitacion, en el cuarto le faltaban toallas y la botella de cortesia del champú estaba vacío, solo la botella en la pared, mala experiencia en general no regreso nunca a uno hotel de esa cadena

Decepcionante
Fue una mala experiencia. Es el primer hotel que nos decepciona. Lo elegimos por la proximidad a Disneylandia pero ya en el lugar vimos que hay otras opciones mejores. Nos cobraron 30 dólares diarios, más impuestos por el estacionamiento. No nos asearon las habitaciones en los 3 días de estancia y al reclamar en la administración nos informaron que por la pandemia sólo los asean cada 3 días, pero que sí lo queríamos diario tenia un costo extra de 12 dólares diarios. Decepcionante. Definitivamente no regresaremos ni lo recomendamos.

Excellent staff, the most friendly, helpful and reliable. Clean, spacious rooms and a very convenient and tasteful bar/restaurant at the lobby. The 10 min walk to the park works as a way to debrief before going to bed. Overall, great experience!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The walk to Disney is short! There is easy access to highway 5 for all other trips. The valet service is excellent. There are plenty of dining options outside of the hotel, the inside of the hotel offers great breakfast and a great bar! There is also a nice sitting area for movie nights and the pool area looked fun - we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was still 50-60 degree weather.

We liked our stay at this property. The pool was nice and the kids had fun. Parking was valet only and like $35 extra per night. Plus $50 extra if you stay valeted past check out at 11. Definitely walkable to Disney and close to Panera and McDonalds. Mini fridge was great and microwave in room too.

This hotel is further from Disneyland than I was hoping. Front desk was a bit rude on check in. We ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. Room was fine, looked clean, but there were no “extras.”

Honestly this property is a gem if you're looking for a nice hotel, nice staff, and close to disney. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the lobby area had a place you could grab coffee and breakfast or snacks, and there was a bar and restaurant on the bottom level as well. The only down side is if you're facing the highway which half the hotel does you'll hear traffic all day and night. BUT west facing towards the highway, and 4th floor and above gets to see Disney fireworks and with little kids who needed to get back to the hotel before they went off this was magical and perfect. Great stay, would definitely come back.
