Nos gustó mucho la habitación, espaciosa moderna y con excelente mantenimiento y limpieza; no nos gustó el servicio en el desayuno.. siempre lo mismo de comida y demasiado básico. También la nueva modalidad de que tengas que avisar para que hagan la habitación no es clara.. lo normal es que tiendan las camas y limpien diario sin que lo tengas que pedir.

Decepción. Ruidoso
Llegue y el check in fue un problema. Mala actitud de la recepcionista. No me dieron la habitación que reservé. Me dijeron que era mi problema por reservar vía terceras personas que si quería podía cancelar e irme a otro hotel (a las 10 pm). Al día siguiente otra persona amablemente pudo darme la habitación que reservé. El personal de limpieza habitaciones y buffet muy amable y serviciales. Las habitaciones son viejas. El AC hace mucho ruido en el único nivel de ventilador que tiene. No dormí cómoda ninguna noche. Todo se escucha de los cuartos y las puertas pesadísimas que azotan a todas horas. No regreso no vale lo que cuesta en esta temporada.

Muy caro
Pague $699.00 dlls mas impuestos por noche por ser el evento PMA y el desayuno igual que el de los hoteles de 90 dlls x noche, Si cobran súper demasiado en este tipo de eventos y es de frutas y verduras lo mínimo que deben de hacer es poner buena variedad de fruta y preparar un desayuno de acuerdo a lo que pagas.

Las veces que solicité atención en la recepción me dieron un trato descortés y apático, y hasta me dijeron que no sé leer. Me cobraron el estacionamiento más costoso que si me hubiera estacionado en Disneylandia, aun y cuando dolosamente la publicación de Expedia dice “ estacionamiento disponible”, por lo que interpreté estaba incluido en el precio. El estacionamiento tiene espacios muy estrechos y por lo tanto los huéspedes se estacionan invadiendo los lugares, pues está saturado, y personal del Hotel me dejaron recados intimidatorios en mi auto, porque una llanta rozaba una línea delimitadora del cajón, amenazandome con remolcar mi auto aun y cuando me cobraron por el espacio. El desayuno no tiene lugar para sentarse y no pude desayunar por eso y durante la noche al pedirles agua embotellada a las personas de la recepción, me la negaron diciéndome que no era cliente VIP. Me sentí muy incómodo durante tres noches de estancia. No corresponden los empleados y el trato a un hotel Hyatt

La ubicacion, no queda en el boulevard de los parques, pero se puede llegar a pie solo que tardaras un poco mas, el personal es excelente Jocelyn del front desk se merece un 10, nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitacion porque la de nosotros tenia un problema del AC, y el asiento del baño estaba quebrado, y ella fue muy diligente y rapida, nos ayudo en todo momento, la habitacion muy espaciosa a pesar que ibamos 5 adultos estuvimos comodos, me gusto que el personal es bilingue, el desayuno muy bueno la variedad que tienen fruta, cereales, y proteina, el estacionamiento se paga pero en esta zona todos los hoteles te la cobran, aun que no era para este Hyatt que venia pero no me fije en la direccion, no nos decepciono, sin duda volveriamos.
